Points positifs : L’emplacement, le mobilier et l’espace était exceptionnel !

Points positifs : Amazing view, fantastic location. Stylish classic Paris apartment, comfortable and spacious in a freshly renovated building with perfect access to all the main sights of Paris.

Points négatifs : Needs some attention to tiny details in the interior to add some person touch to the space. Central heating was working really too much which is not typical for Europe

Great for couples

Points positifs : Excellent location within walking distance of many attractions such as the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe. Good amenities such as washing machine, coffee machine and dishwasher and full size fridge. Main bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary toiletries provided along with extra towels. Good value for money. Communication from staff was also very good.

Points négatifs : We had the studio apartment for three people and once the sofa bed was out there was not a lot of space to move around in the living area, especially with three large suitcases, but it would be more than ok for a couple. Dishwashing tablets, laundry powder, coffee pods and teas bags are not supplied. We had trouble finding a convenience store close by so it would be a good idea to bring these with you if you need them.

Luxury apartment with amazing views and great location

Points positifs : Amazing location with superb views to Eiffel Tower. This is an incredible top floor apartment on the riverfront. Classic French luxe style and finished to a very high standard.

Points négatifs : There were a few very small maintenance issues (toilet flush not working, remote controls with dead batteries, picture hooks with no pictures, missing window vent in one bathroom). That said it is furnished with high end appliances, beautiful decor and in a fabulous building and location. We loved it.

Points négatifs : Lack of wardrobe was the only inconvenience.

Points positifs : Lovely flat in a great location — clean, cozy, and perfect for a short Paris getaway. The host was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Paris stay for one

Points positifs : It was a great location easy to metro stations . Had most facilities, except wifi did not work.

Points négatifs : Wifi did not work.

Gem!

Points positifs : Excellent location. Walking distance to all attractions and you can literally see the Eiffel Tour from a few metres outside of the building. Super comfortable and nice layout. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellently located and equipped

Points positifs : Excellently located and with everything you may need for a short stay in Paris.

Points négatifs : You can hear any noise from the outside. This is however rather normal in a capital city like Paris.

Points positifs : Centrally located with all amenities. Very clean. Good hosts. Very close to bus and metro and all major attractions. Fully equipped with all appliances (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, iron board, toaster, etc..).
