Très agréable

Points positifs : Appartement incroyable, bien situé, propre, lumineux comme sur les photos. Le hôte répond au tac au tac avec des instructions claires et précises. Je recommande !!

Points négatifs : Juste le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas et la vaisselle n’était pas terrible

Points positifs : La localisation était parfaite. L’hôte était très à l’écoute. La télé ne marchait pas à notre arrivé, il a envoyé un agent pour la réparation aussi tôt. Il répondait à toutes nos préoccupations. Aussi la maison est chaleureuse.

Points négatifs : Le seul quack c’est que la salle de bain se dans la chambre principale.

Beautiful area in nice street.

Points positifs : Good location, easy walk to shops and eateries. We had many questions for the owner and when they were answered it was helpful. Was able to extend our check out by an hour which was extremely helpful.

Points négatifs : No dishwashing liquid, no spare garbage bags, no washing powder. Unable to turn heater bar off in bathroom causing the apartment to always be hot. Noise from neighbouring apartments at night. Needed to resend many questions before getting a reply.

Excellent location, good host, spacius apartment. Very happy overall!

Points positifs : We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the Luxury Montaigne apartment. It is located in an extremely quiet and safe environment and everything we were looking for was close to us. The apartment is spacious, beautifully and luxuriously decorated so that we did not miss anything. It is located on the second floor and is connected to the elevator and staircase. Your first neighbor is Dior, a real shopping opportunity. The owner was kind and always happy to help, communication was excellent. We will definitely come again next year (if not before) and we can heartily recommend it to everyone who wants a pleasant stay in Paris.

Points positifs : Very quiet yet central location just a few steps from Champs Elysees. The Luxury Montaigne apartment is very spacious including the bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the coffee machine with enough capsulas for my 4 night stay was a nice add-on. Communication with the owner was also very good. I can only recommend this place.

Great mid Town location

Points positifs : Excellent location to luxury shops; cafés; restaurants; main shopping area. Easy check in-; Capsule coffee machine was a win; large shower; washing machine all added bonus. Good size apartment- elevator 👌quiet area at night.

Points négatifs : Pillows could be better; no bread knife; no toilet paper; crockery could be replaced (chipped; cracked and mismatched). Could be a bit cleaner; but I’m a neat fanatic. Dining Chairs might need to be replaced- a bit wonky.
