Sweet Home Paris Apartment

Points positifs : Très bon emplacement, proche d'une station de métro. Plusieurs points d'intérêts comme la cathédrale de Notre Dame sont atteignables à pieds en 30min.

A wonderful base in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : The location of this apartment was great. It was comfortable for 2 couples however even though it has 2 bathrooms, there is only one (separate) toilet. It is very close to Rue Montorgueil, which is full of food and restaurant options.

Points négatifs : Some of the fittings were a bit tired and the washing machine needs some attention as it leaked a lot of water through the seal. (I think the owners are looking at this).

Lovely apartment in the centre of Paris

Points positifs : The location was perfect and in walking distance to main attractions The apartment was very secure, clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were nice enough and kept us updated via messages prior, during and after. We didn't need to spsak to them directly

Points négatifs : The front door lock was a little tricky - but one of us had the nack to manage to get it. The pillows were a little flat, but there was spare and they could be folded in half

Great family option in right bank in fun area!

Points positifs : Great location for access to metro and plenty of cafes, bars and places to eat.

A wonderful Parisian stay

Points positifs : The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and the location was excellent. We were close to a great metro line as well as lots of food and entertainment. Many attractions we wanted to see were within walking distance. The apartment had a lift which made it so much easier with our luggage. There were also 2 showers which is very handy when travelling as a group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, the fridge was spacious and the washing machine was a welcome amenity.

Points négatifs : As wonderful as the area is, it can get quite loud at night/in the early morning. It wasn't a huge issue but we did wake up to a few people sharing their joy. Also the sofa bed, though very large, was a bit squeaky when you move.

AMAZING location. Would definitely book here again.

Points positifs : So close to restaurants and cafes, the metro, and little grocery stores. We were a group of 5 adults between the ages 25-40. The hosts were amazing at communication and we were able to drop our luggage off before check in which made it very helpful. Facilities were also great. And an easy check in.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment in a very good location

Points positifs : Lovely apartment, very spacious and had everything we needed. The door entry is complicated - codes and key fob, but it did make the apartment feel very safe and was all quite easy to use! Very clean, our son has a dust allergy but he did not have any issues at all during our entire stay. Convenient location, very near to metro station, shops and places to eat. Would definitely stay there again!

Points négatifs : Lots of cupboard space but they smelt a bit musty like they never get opened, it wasn't a problem as we didn't need them anyway.

Midweek break to paris

Points positifs : Location was great. Walkable to main sights. Close to restaurants and cafes. Apartment was fully equipped.

Points négatifs : Hairdryer did not work but contacted host and a replacement was sought. No air-conditioning however fans were supplied.

Fantastic location, highly recommend for a short stay

Points positifs : Location was fantastic, walking distance to main tourist spots in Paris, 100 metres to a metro station as well. Lots of restaurants, bars & convenience stores nearby.

Points négatifs : There was a bit of a cleaning issue when we arrived. We contacted the host and it was resolved as quickly as possible. Really impressed with their customer focus.

Location near all main places , owner she is very helpful and nice person

Points positifs : I like the location , the clean of the apartment , easy to access , not far from all main places , The owner she was very helpful and nice and she answer question very fast and always.

Points négatifs : you need to rent apartment with 2 toilets if you are more more than 3 persons . The apartment we rented had 2 bathrooms, but one toilet and were 5 persons using one toilets
