335 Suite ME3D - Superb apartment in Paris

Nice place, perfect for us, loved it

Points positifs : Really good location, 70s decoration, each room has own toilets and nice bathrooms, spacious enough for six and cosy enough to call home for a short while. And if you live in the center of the big city it is supposed to get noisy at times:-) It is an old house in the center of Paris after all. And that is why we have chosen it.

Points négatifs : There are some problems with the electricity, also in one room the sockets sometimes don’t work. But the staff was very helpfull and took care of the problem in the same day. Fun fact: the tiles in the kitchen are black but also the plates and so you don’t see them on the shelves😁🤪

A place can let you easy link with city.

Points positifs : The location is very good, many view point & restaurant surrounding. You can visit many place only by feet.

Points négatifs : We have four nights stay at this place. Since second night, we have almost 50% lights can not be turn on. Go through SMS, we leave some message. Unfortunately, no one reply & no one come to repair.

Points positifs : The presentation of the place was same as displayed in the photos. Very good location. Close to amenities and train station.

Points négatifs : Everytime I truned the kettle on the power tripped and we have to fix the power point

Struttura centrale, spaziosa e accogliente.

Points positifs : La struttura si trova in pieno centro a Parigi. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

Points négatifs : Abbiamo chiesto degli asciugamani in più ma non ci sono stati forniti. Tuttavia lo staff è stato gentile nel corso del soggiorno.

Points positifs : Sentral beliggenhet, større leilighet med bad/dusj separat. Perfekt når du reiser en gruppe på 7 personer. Ingenting å klage på. Dette er absolutt et alternativ for oss, neste tur 😊

Excellent location with comfortable rooms

Points positifs : The hotel’s location is excellent. Walkable to many of the main attractions and restaurants. The rooms are immaculate, exude a pleasant aroma, and provide a comfortable stay. The shower has adequate water pressure, and the presence of three toilets is a notable feature. I requested a one-hour late check-out, and the hotel’s management or owner coordinated with the cleaning staff to accommodate this request, which was greatly appreciated.

Points négatifs : Climbing the third floor without an elevator with a two-year-old and a nine-month-old was incredibly challenging, especially with the spiral staircases adding to the difficulty. The lights for the shower and the headboard in the same room were not functioning. This issue may be attributed to the end of the year and the transition to the new year, during which the necessary repairs were not completed.

Points positifs : La ubicacion perfecta. Ademas en una zona llena de restaurantes y tiendas. El metro muy cerca. El apartamento muy comodo. 3 habitaciones completas y el salon con sofa cama doble. Estuvimos 2 matrimonios con 4 niños y genial

Points négatifs : Todo bien.

Points positifs : The apartment is very well built but needs to repair the shower in the first room, the light in the bathrooms in the second room and better kitchen implements

Un soggiorno perfetto

Points positifs : L’appartamento è semplicemente stupendo! Bellissimo, pulito, grande, dotato di ogni comfort. 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, sala da pranzo grande. Abbiamo potuto girare la città a piedi, Notre Dame è letteralmente a 15 min a piedi, uguale il Louvre e il quartiere (Maris) è davvero piacevole, pieno di negozi e boulangerie di ogni tipo, metro comodissima e i proprietari sempre disponibili via chat.

Points positifs : Great location, close to Notre Dame, Le Centre Pompidou and a bunch of other museums. Very large apartment too with 3 double beds + 1 so, so fantastic for a larger group that doesn't want to rent multiple places. We were 8 adults in total.

Points négatifs : It's old enough that there's no elevator in the building, and it's on the 3rd floor, so remember that if you have elderly people in your group. I would add a bidet toilet seat for the 3rd toilet. The toilets are a little awkward with the distribution of toilet seats and hand washing sinks. There were small fans provided for the heat but the cords were so short, so you couldn't really place them how you wanted them. I'd get extension cords for them. One fan was broken as well. Just regarding the parking space - we came with cars (since we were just staying 2 nights) and were recommended Zenpark by the host, but there were problems actually navigating to them with Google Maps. One of them actually doesn't even exist, despite being marked there. Instead we went to Indigo Park which was very close. Quite expensive but OK for a shorter stay in Paris.
