Loved our stay in Paris! Location was excellent for us to explore easily.

Points positifs : The location was fabulous! So many places to shop and eat. Very close to the metro. Lovely decor and very cute. Also very good communication from owners.

Points négatifs : It was fine for us but if you have trouble with stairs it would be difficult - it’s on the 3rd floor with steep stairs. The apartment is also very small (smaller than looked in the photos) - again fine for us but you need to sit sideways on the toilet etc. so for larger people it would be difficult.

Cozy space with a great location, ideal for a one-person trip.

Points positifs : Great location! Centre Pompidou is just around the corner and Notre Dame just a bit more. It's very easy to move around the town, then have a nap and go back outside. The beds, although it's a bit difficult to get in the top one, were very comfortable and clean. Can imagine it's a bit different during the hot months but in May? No problems there. Didn't use the kitchen or even the fridge but it was there & ready, although space was limited. WiFi was good, TV worked as expected. We might've been just lucky but surroundings were not particularly noisy. The communication with the host was also very easy, quick reactions through the Booking messaging.

Points négatifs : Other reviewers covered it already but it would be nice to give a more warning in the ad - the bathroom and toilets are very much see through. Toilet is a bit cramped, people over 180cm would find it very difficult but sitting sideways is an option! :) Similarly, leaving the apartment without closing beds again is only manageable if you are a skinny person. Prepare for a chore otherwise. Cleanliness level was kind of ok. I've been to old towns stays before and it's often similar. It's an old place, dusty and many things are broken. (air vent, a lamp) Could be improved but it is within realistic expectations. (location vs price)

Points positifs : Muy bien ubicado. El acceso fue fácil. Me gusto que tenía hervidor de agua caliente. Microondas y secador de pelo. Nos respondieron muy rápido los mensajes. Siempre muy amables

Points négatifs : La habitación es bien pequeña pero tiene ventana a la calle. igual cumplió con lo necesario, para nosotros lo mas importante era la ubicación. Subir y bajar con mucho equipaje fue difícil, porque son 3 pisos por escalera, pero se entiende ya que es un edificio antiguo y por otro lado la escalera es hermosa. Falto contar con un paño para secar el piso, y faltan algunos ganchos para poder colgar cosas Sobre todo en el baño donde no hay estantes para el shampoo, el acondicionador, y jabonera

Points négatifs : Demasiado pequeño, la cama (litera) no está en buenas condiciones. Una noche trataron de asaltarnos justo en la puerta de entrada principal.
