Points positifs : Magnifique petit appartement idéalement situé. Quel plaisir de disposer d'une véritable chambre. Laurence est une hôte charmante et à l'écoute.
Points négatifs : Re-découvrir les joies de la baignoire sabot mais c'est juste une question d'habitude... l'eau était bien chaude et le débit parfait

Fabulous in every way
Points positifs : Fantastic location overlooking Canal St Martin. The host, Laurence, was lovely and very helpful. The interior of the apartment was beautiful decorated. Staying in this wonderful apartment gave us a taste for what it would be like to live like a local.
Points négatifs : Nothing!

Points positifs : Location is great for getting around Paris and really pretty by the canal.
Points négatifs : The flat is above a bar so inevitably there will be noise, but it doesn't go on too late. The kitchen is pretty small if you are planning to cook a lot, but fine for a short stay.

A very nice apartment with a view
Points positifs : A very nice little apartment with everything you need for a few days stay in Paris. Laurence is a so welcoming hostess and it was easy to check in. Generous that there was e.g. washing up liquid and spices available to use. Good Wifi. Great view over the canal. Cozy area with two restaurants in the same building and nice to walk along the canal. Close to the subway. Really recommend this and hope to come back!

Points positifs : It’s very authentic apartment, possibility to do the late checkin, great owner!
Points négatifs : Tiny place to cook, but we didn’t cook at all so for us it wasn’t a problem.

Clean, well-located, comfortable apartment.
Points positifs : Good location near Metro. Easy check-in, check-out. Very clean! Good washing facilities. Near restaurants & stores. Comfortable beds. Good closet space. Nice view of canal.
Points négatifs : There were mosquitos but once we used the plug ins provided by the host, we were fine.

Points positifs : Ho trascorso una bellissima vacanza a Parigi e l’appartamento che ho scelto si è rivelato molto grazioso, situato in un edificio d’epoca con un fascino autentico. La host è stata estremamente accogliente: ci ha fatto trovare alcune spezie, zucchero e una base per cucinare, cosa davvero comoda per chi vuole sentirsi un po’ a casa. Dalla finestra si godeva una splendida vista sul canale, un angolo particolare e poco conosciuto di Parigi che non avevo mai esplorato prima. L’appartamento è silenziosissimo, perfetto per riposare dopo una giornata in giro per la città, e dispone di un piccolo ascensore molto utile per raggiungere il terzo piano. I mezzi pubblici si trovano a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi, quindi è anche ben collegato.
Points négatifs : Gli unici aspetti meno positivi riguardano il bagno e il letto: la vasca da bagno ha un accesso un po’ scomodo, poiché bisogna scavalcarla per lavarsi, e il letto è un classico letto alla francese, quindi un po’ più piccolo rispetto a un matrimoniale standard.

Points positifs : Doskonała lokalizacja. Piękne otoczenie, pozwalające poczuć klimat miasta i poznać życie jego mieszkańców, wokół wiele lokali gastronomicznych, blisko do sklepów i piekarni, blisko do przystanków metra. Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna gospodyni.
