Points positifs : Appartement parisien typique, emplacement top, on y est comme à la maison, équipements pertinents

Points négatifs : Si la lunette de WC avait été fixée sur le bidet, aller aux toilettes aurait été moins périlleux ! ;)

Points positifs : Appartement très agréable entre la gare de l'Est et celle du Nord (à 6/8 mn chacune). A côté, le canal St Martin. De l'espace pour un appartement parisien et surtout d'un silence très appréciable : toutes les fenêtres donnent sur une cour. Décoré simplement mais on s'y sent bien.

Points négatifs : si je peux me permettre, renouveller les serviettes par des neuves. Sinon tout était agréable. Moi, je m'en fiche mais il n'y pas de télé.

Points positifs : La chamble est propre. L'appartment est pres de la gare. Le lit est confortable. L'appartment est bien organise.

Points négatifs : L'appartment est vieu et il y a du bruit quand des gens marcheant l'escalier.

Points négatifs : réparer les lattes du parquet qui sont cassées dans le couloir à l'entrée de la chambre.

Points positifs : Un emplacement idéal dans un quartier agréable et vivant à deux pas du canal Saint Martin et de la gare de l'est. Une propriétaire très réactive aux demandes.

Points positifs : The apartment is absolutely stunning and full of Parisian charm! The decor is impeccable, with high ceilings, beautiful large windows, and a curated selection of art books and vintage details that make it feel like a home, not just a rental. The atmosphere is very inspiring and cinematic. The location is also perfect — situated in the vibrant Canal Saint-Martin area, it’s a great base to explore the city with excellent transport connections to go anywhere.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately, it was quite chilly inside, and the heaters struggled to warm up the space efficiently. The towels were not completely dry when we arrived and shed lint. Also, guests should note that there is no overhead (ceiling) light in the main living room — only in the bathroom and kitchen. The living area relies entirely on lamps, which sets a mood but can be a bit dim if you need bright lighting.

Points positifs : Genoeg ruimte en fijn dat er een keuken was, waarbij al het een en het ander aanwezig was (kruiden etc)!

Points négatifs : Er was geen afwasborstel en er waren geen theedoeken. Het was ook best fijn geweest als we iets meer handdoeken kregen.

Points positifs : Io e la mia compagna abbiamo passato due giorni in questo splendido appartamento. Posizione perfetta, vicinissima alle metro ,comunicazione con l’host ottima e pulizia impeccabile consiglio vivamente.
