Points positifs : The location of the room is excellent. It is very close to the British Embassy, the American Embassy and the Elysee Palace, and it is also near many tourist attractions. Besides, the service is great. The staff helped me arrange an early check-in. The facilities in the room are also very complete.

Points négatifs : Sometimes the kitchen makes a buzzing noise. In addition, if you have heavy luggage, you have to carry it up several floors by yourself via a small spiral staircase, as there is no elevator.

Points négatifs : Nothing to do with the property itself. Be aware that the property is very spatious for 2 persons, otherwise if you come with 2 adults / teenagers the space starts to be small especially if you have large luggages. Also to be aware that there is no elevator with very narrow staircase so hard to manouvor with large suitcases.

Points positifs : Perfectly located in a very calm, distinguished (expensive) neighborhood. In fact, one of the neighbors is the president of the Republique. Louvre, place de la Concorde… are just few minutes walk from the apartment. Many luxury and fashion brands like Gucci, Hermes, Prada… were just around the corner (literally). The apartment was perfect for us (two adults and a child), but would also be ideal for two couples. It’s beautiful, clean and the owners were in permanent contact to make sure we felt good at their place. Will repeat for sure.

Great Location, it was as expected and according to booking.com profile, maybe even slightly better

Points positifs : Great Location, They let us in 3 hours early without any hassle, Great communication, all messages replied very quickly, As same as photos, Calm and quiet nights, Beds were ok, Cleanliness is ok, It's a small suite but is managed to have two double beds. Umbrella, vacuum cleaner, and other things like electric heaters are presented.

Points négatifs : Some minor repairs are needed (toilet paper holder), the dishwasher needs machine cleaning. We informed them and they openly accepted and mentioned it will be repaired soon. There's no place to hang your cloths. I believe wardrobe is not useful.
