Points positifs : Very spacious for a Paris apartment. Excellent location. Excellent value for money

Points positifs : The apartment offers great value for money. You might find more upscale places with fresher decor at this price point—but not in this location. And anything fancy in this area comes at a premium. It is Paris, after all! The bed is comfortable, though the sofa less so. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the landlord was very forthcoming and helpful.

Points positifs : Perfect and safe location. Apartment was a large size for Paris. Plenty of room for adults and children . Washing machine came in handy. Kitchen well stocked with toaster, microwave, jug etc. Helpful staff.

Points négatifs : The fold out sofa is very noisy, maybe look at replacing. Otherwise excellent apartment

Points positifs : The location is excellent and the apartment has everything you need for your stay. Carole was so kind and attentive in making sure we were ok and had everything we needed.

Genius

Points positifs : Big apartment with top location in the city centre. We traveled with a baby. The apartment is very quiet and the bedroom is isolated from other rooms, which was very comfortable for us. The place is very clean. We loved everything!

Points négatifs : For those who travel with children- the elevator is a typical french elevator: very very small. Our stroller fits (babyzen yoyo) but I’m not sure bigger strollers would fit in.

Quiet flat in excellent location - suits a family stay.

Points positifs : Great location - easy walk to Louvre, D’Orsay, Place de Concord, Boulevard Haussmann. Great kitchen - fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine. Loo and shower separate which is useful. There is loads of storage, shelves, wardrobe. Very quiet - window face the courtyard not the main road. The hanging chair is very relaxing!

Points négatifs : From the bedroom, you do need to go through the lounge to get to the loo so waking anyone on the sofa bed. Sofa bed creaks quite a bit.

Points positifs : host was super nice, apartment was very clean, very spacious for a Parisian apartment (besides perhaps the bathroom), quiet building, very close to several transport links, big fridge and very functional kitchen, and the hanging chair was super fun ! and very clear access instructions from the host. the host was easily contactable and always super helpful and flexible

Points négatifs : a little more decoration on the walls would have made it more homely, but otherwise hard to find faults !

Points positifs : La ubicación es muy buena. El vecindario es tranquilo y silencioso, las ventanas aislaban bien. Los colchones eran cómodos y dormimos bien. Había todo lo necesario en la cocina.

Points négatifs : El suelo cruje bastante y estaba inclinado. El ascensor no funcionaba a veces.
