Great way to end off our trip with a wonderful time in Paris
Points positifs : Great location, actual apartment was huge and spacious and great excellent communication with host on the check in and check out. Also really appreciated the welcome pack and guide provided!

Large apartment in a Fantastic location but €500 deposit returned only after repeated follow-ups
Points positifs : Fantastic location, right by the gardens in front of Eiffel tower. Street was very quiet. The apartment is a very good size, though it only has one WC. Would have given 9+/10 if it wasn't for the bad experience in getting the deposit back.
Points négatifs : 1. Some of the furniture was old and creaking (see photos). I hope the owner replaces it. 2. The property needed a €500 deposit, so we had to take detailed photos and videos of the place and document the condition on the first day. Even after leaving the property in a very clean state (which even the owner acknowledged on booking.com chat), we still had to follow up multiple times for the return of our deposit. Once you leave the apartment, the owner starts ignoring your messages and makes you feel as if you are begging for a favour if you ask your deposit back.

Located in the heart of Paris. The property did not disappoint. The apartment was better than the pictures, which is not
Points positifs : The location. Located within 5 mins walk of the tower, yet the area was very quiet.
Points négatifs : Located on 4th floor so you will probably want to use the lift. The lift is small which means you won’t fit a group of people at the same time. It’s really difficult to find any fault with the property.

A massive hotel with everything included amazingly located
Points positifs : The location is outstanding, super close to all attractions and amenities (boulangerie, grocery store, metro, RER) The street is super quiet and we were able to park the car to unload our stuff and park the car in the Castorama car park at 10min walk. The apartment is very big, the bathroom is massive, and the master bedroom as well. The living room could easily hold 20 people. It was quite warm and comfortable even with 0° outside. Everything is stocked, kitchen cutlery, bowls, utensils, plates, glasses, everything to cook, toiletries,soap, shower gel, toilet paper. There was salt pepper, oil, vinegar etc too. you can clean your clothes with a washer and dryer. The view on the Eiffel tower is great. There are 2 tiny balconies facing the tower as well. It was really easy to access the apartment (self check-in and check-out).
Points négatifs : The elevator is a bit small and we couldn't use it for 2 adults. (Hard to fix for the host but something to know) The host should provide more towels for each guest (1 small/1 large) at least. The mattresses and bedsheets need to be replaced. All doors need to be serviced as they were all squeaky. The light fitting in the kitchen didn't work and it was hard to see what you were cooking. The French TV channels weren't all working in the living room. The sofa also needs to be replaced and the gigantic coffee table is starting to crumble.

Points positifs : The view is wonderful! Best experience in my life! The community with the host is very simple and prompt, all the instructions were clear! The flat has an interesting design, everything was very clean and beautiful!

Very warm , close to attraction but not value for money
Points positifs : Nice location next to Eiffel Tower and very warm. Not recommended for Disney travelers as it takes 1hour to go and return
Points négatifs : We stayed for a week. I believe they should change towels and sheets at least. Or have spare ones for us to change. Instead there was a closet full of them with a warning “these are for the next occupants of your use them you will be charged”.

Points positifs : We love everything about this apartment, super secure and clean but the location WOW WOW WOW….the view of Eiffel Tower from the balcony was a beautiful experience , We truly recommend this great property and Alex the host and his team are super awesome, the give us a welcome letter with recommendations and very important tips that you need to know during your stay and always in touch with us.
