Nice apartment, which we would be happy to return to again.
Points positifs : I loved the apartment; it was in a great location. It had everything I needed, including a kitchen and appliances. It was warm and comfortable. There was a wonderful terrace and a quiet courtyard. Easy check-in.
Points négatifs : We loved everything, but there were a few areas that needed some improvement. Overall, though, we were very pleased!

Points positifs : Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut – alles ist bequem erreichbar.

Awesome place for 5 people - bang in the center of Paris!
Points positifs : Fantastic location in a very nice building. It is located in a quiet courtyard and it shields you from the city noise. The location is bang in the centre of all Parisian highlights (Eifeltower, Montmartre, Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées etc. We almost walked everywhere and only got a metro back to the appartment when tired (5 minutes walk). The Neighbourhood is upmarket and has the necessary supermarkets and boulangeries close by. The appartment has all you need, the kitchen is not huge but has all you need including washing machine, fridge and hob. The video projector is a nice touch to whatch some movies, to relax after all those walks! Also the appartment was well heated which was great as we stayed in a cold December month.
Points négatifs : Overall no complaints, other than that the teflon pans could really do with an upgrade, but for the rest this was a really good value stay for a familiy of 5 people at this location in Paris and building.

Plusy zdecydowanie przewyższają minusy. Było super i chętnie w przyszłości wrócę do tego obiektu.
Points positifs : Lokalizacja i udogodnienia w stosunku do ceny. Czysta i cicha okolica.

Points positifs : Die Lage ist einfach unfassbar gut mit nur 2 Gehminuten zur nächsten Metrostation, 1 Gehminute zur nächsten Busstation (mit vielen sehr guten Verbindungen). Bäckereien, Apotheken, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartement selbst liegt in einem wunderschönen und sehr ruhigen Gebäude-Wohnkomplex. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war schnell und unkompliziert.
Points négatifs : Es war nicht sauber.

Обязательно вернемся сюда снова)
Points positifs : Одна их лучших квартир, где мы были! Очень удобное расположение, 8-ой округ и рядом есть станция метро Miromesnil. Поблизости есть магазин Carrefour, бары, рестораны, пекарни. До Триумфальной арки 15-20 минут пешком. Квартира светлая, есть своя терраса. Очень тихо из-за внутреннего двора, совсем не слышно звуков города.
