Points positifs : -Nice building with elevator, ap is located on the 5th floor -nice location -some amenities were very good such as profesional ironing table, high end furniture Roche bobois - kitchen well equipped

Points négatifs : - the apartment could have been a bit cleaner but overall it was ok - it lacked consistency, some rooms were nicely decorated, others not that much - you are only provided with 1 key. And you cannot enter the second door of the building without a key set. So you always depend on one key. For larger groups this is terrible! Even for 2 people is not convenient - cold in the autumn, since the windows are not well insulated as it happens to all of Paris buildings. They have Ac but it does not really do much since it is a big apartment. In the last room, we couldn’t open the AC. - doors are old and in bad condition, with some broken handles

Points positifs : Our stay in Keyz property was truly fabulous! The communication from the hosts was excellent and there was nothing they had not thought of. They allowed an early check in and a late checkout which made our stay feel more relaxing. The apartment was truly stunning, in the most perfect location to access the centre of Paris. There are loads of amenities walking distance from the property, including coffee shops, restaurants, lots of metro stations, supermarkets and loads more. The next time we are in Paris we will definitely be booking Keyz property again.
