Points positifs : The view from the terrace was spectacular. Despite being in the city center, it was remarkably quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. It was also relatively close to Metro and RER stations, making transportation convenient. There were plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, and Carrefour and a boulangerie (bakery) nearby ensured that shopping was never a problem.
Points négatifs : The TV did not work, possibly due to a mechanical issue. However, the internet was functioning without any problems, so it was not a major inconvenience. Also, there is no elevator, so you will need to take the stairs to the top floor. If you have a lot of luggage, this is something to consider when making reservation.

Comfortable and well located
Points positifs : The location was fantastic and apartment very spacious for Paris. A lot of stairs which was fine for us but something to note for visitors who might struggle with the 6 flights. Very grateful to Dragona for allowing us to drop off our luggage early and taking it up to our apartment. Much appreciated. 🌷

Perfect. Perfect. Perfect.
Points positifs : This was the most idyllic and beautiful stay. The location was absolutely perfect, near subways/bus/exciting restaurants/generally just a fun neighborhood to walk through, yet so quiet. The apartment was exactly what you would dream a Parisian apartment would be like, with beautiful views and decor. A pleasant surprise was the shower, which was surprisingly hot and had good pressure which isn’t typical of a European apartment. Also, Dragana was so sweet and helpful! I 10000% recommend.
Points négatifs : The 7 floor walk up was ROUGH, especially with suitcases and such on the first day. However, every time we got up there and saw the view (a little bit of the Eiffel Tower AND Notre Dame!!) and apartment itself it was totally worth it.

This apartment ensured our stay in Paris was outstanding.
Points positifs : We can't wait to come back! The location was perfect for us--quiet, yet close to restaurants and all the major sites that we only took public transportation twice over our five day stay. The apartment itself is pristine, immaculately laid out with all the amenities we needed. I would go so far as to adjust my trip schedule in the future to stay again in this apartment.

Points positifs : Это было потрясающее впечатление! Квартира очень красивая и невероятно светлая. Расположена в двух шагах от Люксембургского сада. В парадной витражные окна и деревянная, старинная лестница. Окна выходят на рассветную и закатную стороны. Одна стена- полностью из стекла. Из окон открывается потрясающий вид на парижские крыши и l'église Saint-Sulpice. Колокола утром создают чудесную атмосферу. Пол из натурального дерева, что тоже очень приятно) Владелица квартиры- художник (мы обнаружили ее работы, среди других книг по искусству). И это ощущается в каждой детали интерьера, в натуральных тканях и мягких, природных оттенках. Все детали продуманы и создают уютную атмосферу. Очень понравились чашечки для кофе. Nadia подсказала, где можно такие купить. Теперь пьем из них кофе с чудесными воспоминаниями о Париже. Встречала нас приветливая и улыбчивая Драгана. Приятно было пообщаться 😊 Спасибо, Nadia, все было чудесно🤗 Вернемся с удовольствием❤️

Points positifs : Fine old building, with wide stairway to a top-floor room with small balcony with long view of housetops and steeples. Short walk to Luxembourg Gardens, restaurants, shops, Metro, other sights. Very quiet street.
