Points positifs : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement est simple, pratique et très bien équipé pour quelques jours à Paris. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine fonctionnelle et l’espace bien organisé. C’est un appartement typique d’un ancien immeuble parisien, avec son charme et ses petites particularités. Pour ce quartier, c’est vraiment une option à un très bon prix. Le quartier est très agréable et animé. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, ce qui était extrêmement pratique. L’hôte est très sympathique et serviable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Points négatifs : L’appartement est ancien, pas du tout rénové façon Airbnb moderne, et il faut monter 5 étages sans ascenseur — mais pour nous, ce côté authentique faisait aussi partie du charme.

Points positifs : We stayed here as a family of five and found it to be a very practical and budget-friendly option for such a central area. Being able to walk to most major attractions was a huge advantage, and having a kitchen made things much easier—we could prepare stuff for the kids before heading out. The sleeping arrangement worked well for us: one large bed and foldable mattresses for the children, which we could open at night and put aside during the day. It’s a simple setup, but very family-friendly and far more affordable than booking a larger apartment or several hotel rooms in this neighborhood. Of course, there're other things we liked, but as a practical family, it was a great solution and an excellent value for the location. We would definitely recommend it

Points négatifs : there are stairs so not suitable for people who struggle with them

Points positifs : We had a great stay! The apartment has a real Parisian charm, with lovely rooftop views and that classic old-style fireplace that gives the place character. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Paris, close to major attractions Tower, museums, and beautiful parks such as the Luxembourg Garden. It’s a studio but very well arranged. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything needed, and we had everything required for a pleasant and easy stay. For central Paris, the value is excellent. Highly recommended, and we’d happily come back!
