Points positifs : L'emplacement est top La literie est très bonne et l'appartement est agréable, neuf, avec une bonne salle de bain.
Points négatifs : Tout était très bien ! Juste pas de verre, mais on a pris des tasses Donc pas grand chose à redire

Au top!
Points positifs : Très bon emplacement , appartement très bien aménagé et équipé (serviettes, drap, café, digne d'une chambre d'hôtel) et les échanges avec le propriétaire sont très faciles
Points négatifs : Il manque des verres, la machine à café ainsi que la prise de la salle de bain sont défectueuses mais ce sont des détails par rapport à la qualité de l'ensemble

Séjour au calme dans un logement propre et bien décoré
Points positifs : Le calme et la bonne isolation thermique pour un rdc L’emplacement proche métro, commerces La propreté et la déco La réactivité du propriétaire et de ses intervenants
Points négatifs : L’appartement est très calme car au fond d’une courette propre , mais de ce fait il est très sombre. Heureusement l’éclairage est très bien pensé ce qui permets de pallier cet inconvénient donc idéal pour des personnes qui ne restent pas toute la journée dans le logement

Points positifs : Location was convenient ,very close to metro and walkable to train. Lots of Turkish bakeries and restaurants in proximity. Very good bakery and few supermarkets nearby. Just nice size of a place to crash after a long day in Paris.
Points négatifs : Pans could be in better condition. Especially the non stick pans were quite damaged so we couldn't use. We chose to buy from nearby bakery so we could compensate omelets with delicious french goodies. Not much of a loss overall. Would also prefer a basic drip coffee machine rather than 4 capsules as we drink lots of coffee and had to buy coffee from nearby cafe's

Points positifs : Very quiet room in a lively neighborhood. The room was cosy, the wardrobes were practical. Everything was very clean. Also, it's in a great location, very close to 2 metro stations.
Points négatifs : It had only one small window in the living room/kitchen.

Very convenient and comfortable stay.
Points positifs : Perfect location, practical apartment. Lots of wardrobe space and shelving too. Kitchen was well equipped and some supplies also available. Most especially the host was very responsive and helpful.
Points négatifs : TV in kitchen was a bit obtrusive given the small size of the apartment but this is a very minor detail.

Points positifs : Good location. Very comfortable room bed sheet. All kitchen utilities like new.we enjoyed a lot the staying

Great location
Points positifs : Great location with good connections. Can easily get around the city both by metro or even on foot. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, toilet paper, body wash, towels etc Leo was very accommodating and super responsive to communication The flat was recently refurbished and had a great aesthetic. Really cosy feel We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Paris

Points positifs : The apartment had everything you needed. Good location. Easy communication with the host.
Points négatifs : Access to the bathroom through the bedroom. Ventilation in the bedroom could be better. TVs too large for the size of the rooms. There was a lack of daylight, but that was a small thing.

Wonderful spot for a weekend stay in Paris!
Points positifs : Loved the decor and well designed space! The apartment had almost everything that we needed and host, Leo, is wonderful- honest, prompt and helpful! A quick walk to Lidl, 20 min walk to historical sites or easy to hop on public transport.
Points négatifs : There wasn't dishwasher soap and minimal cleaning supplies for the counters.
