Points positifs : Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais il a toujours été réactif à nos messages et très aimable. Arrivée autonome avec code pour récupérer la clé. L'appartement est agréable, très propre et calme. La literie du lit de la chambre est très confortable. Bon emplacement pour visiter Paris.
Points négatifs : L'isolation de la porte d'entrée serait à améliorer.

Excellent appart pour visiter Paris
Points positifs : Superbe appartement , très confortable et agréable. Matériaux de qualité et très belle déco. Très bien placé, a proximité des stations de métro et commerces de proximité. Idéal pour un visite de paris en famille.
Points négatifs : Minime : Rideaux un peu plus occultant et un joint sur la porte seraient un plus pour limiter la lumière dans le salon (si utilisation du canapé lit)

Points positifs : Tout neuf, bien équipé, très très bien situé et à un prix raisonnable. Super pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les photos sur le site reflètent totalement la réalité.

Points positifs : The apartment is located in the city center of Paris and it represents a very strategic point to visit the city, being close to the Metro. The apartment itself is at the ground floor of a building, with entrance from the internal atrium. In the past it was likely a storage area, now refurbished to a cosy a well furnished 2 rooms apartment. However, do not expect large windows with Paris view. Windows are on one side, facing the courtyard and blinded to preserve the privacy. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is equipped with a large shower and everything is quite new. As I said, position is the big plus and the apartment is decent. We never met our host, and everything worked perfectly through messages. We collected and returned the key using a coded keybox.
Points négatifs : Nothing in particular. During our stay it was not very hot, and apartment remained fresh (probably due to its position?). Difficult to say in case of very warm periods because there is no air conditioning.

Greatly planned and designed apartment close to Paris city center
Points positifs : Great design, superb location in the city, good connection with the host
Points négatifs : Apartment looks like “Papa Carlo”s workshop from the outside, but fantastic from the inside! Was more of a surprise rather then disadvantage :)!

Points positifs : The apartment is well located near the subway and near many restaurants. It is very well equipped (microwaves, dishes, washing machine, dish wash machine). The host was available to answer our questions very fast through Booking messages.

Fantastic place to stay!
Points positifs : Centrally located, near major metro station! Modern kitchen and bathroom.
Points négatifs : There was one window that didn’t have a screen, and the latch didn’t work. So it stayed completely open to the inner courtyard of the building.

Points positifs : the flat was fully renovated with a stylish way. it was very clean with everything that we wanted/needed. the flat is on the ground flood which was very convenient for a 4-member family. the host was fully responsive before our arrival. the neighborhood was was super nice with stores near by (supermarkets/fruit markets, bakery, pizza place, coffee shops and restaurants). bonus, the flat was pretty close ~200m distance to metro stations (8,9,4) which were the ones to go to the most of the touristic places without any change of line.
Points négatifs : we realized in the first night that there was no sheet for the crib that we had asked. plus, we were a family of four and the second bed had no cover (the temperature was 10C)... we communicated with the host and he promised to bring the stuff the next day but he didn't show up. we sent again a sms to remind this to him but we got no response. plus we had asked the last minute before our arrival a high chair and the host told us that due to a national holiday, he would probably have it after two days of our arrival and again we didn't get it. Please note that for a stay of 4 night there was no cleaning service for the flat but there were most of the things that you would need to clean by yourself.

Good bed everything new close to Metro.
Points positifs : Was wondering how to get in first door had a pin number second door lock box with key. Forgot to take pictures for better explanation. Everything is brand new and clean. Wery close to Metro.
Points négatifs : Partment so recently newly refurbished that it was still with painting smell, took 2 days to get rid of 🤧
