Great location, good facilities.
Points positifs : Great location, good facilities. You’re sleeping underground so it’s nice and dark; but there is a constant noise (air flow maybe? That was a little irritating all night). Plumbing was a bit of a concern, it ended up being fine but we worried the shower would overflow or toilet not flush as it seems to be very old pipes. The wifi password is approximately 3000 characters long, actually insane how long it was.

WELL APPOINTED APARTMENT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
Points positifs : THE LOCATION IS GREAT. SAFE AREA CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, GOOD SIZED APARTMENT OVER 2 LEVELS, WELL EQUIPPED AND IS NICE AND MODERN.
Points négatifs : NOISY DRAIN CAN BE VERY DISTRACTING

Points positifs : Excellent apartment. Easy to access. Exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Quiet location and nice attention to detail with complementary bottled water, coffee, tea, biscuits and bathroom essentials. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. Good communication with property management,
Points négatifs : Everything was great although, as mentioned in other reviews, there is only one toilet and the bedrooms are accessed via stone spiral stairs. Not a problem for us but worth noting for anyone with limited mobility or very small children.

This was a good way to finish up our European holiday.
Points positifs : The property was in a good location, close to Gare du Nord and several metro stations. Montmartre is also close. The facilities were good and it was useful to have a washer/drier. The property felt safe and secure. Beds were comfortable and the shower/bathrooms were excellent.
Points négatifs : The toilet was on the ground floor and the bedrooms were below ground level, accessed by steep, stone stairs, with no hand rail. The toilet flush was not instantly effective. The hand basin is small and the tap wobbles as it has not been attached securely.

Points positifs : Location is brilliant, short walks to North station and to metro. More importantly, extremely short walks to several excellent pastry places, many nice restaurants and wine bars. The bedrooms are underground! So they are nice and dark at night and quiet, isolated from sounds of the city. Beds are comfortable enough, and although pictures show one double room and one twin room, you can easily push the two single beds beside each other. Showers in both rooms are good. Overall sufficiently clean, although could be better.
Points négatifs : There is one toilet room adjacent the kitchen, (with no towel rack or toilet roll holder). The plumbing is very loud, including in the bedrooms, so this could be a problem at night, if anyone uses the toilet. Stairs down to the bedrooms could be a little dangerous for kids, or adults after too many wines. No handrail, big steps, round a corner. Doors to the two bedrooms are sliding wooden panels that don't close quite perfectly, so there's limited sound isolation and a small gap, so privacy is a little limited for e.g. two couples. Shower door in one of the bedrooms was stuck half open, due to an uneven floor tile.

Points positifs : Ondanks de drukke omgeving, was het er heel rustig doordat het appartement in het gebouw achteraan ligt. Goede verbinding met metro, winkels in de buurt en alles voor handen in het appartement wat nodig was.
Points négatifs : De kamers waren beneden gelegen in de kelderverdieping, wat op zich niet erg was voor ons. Maar hierdoor hing er wel een muffe, vochtige geur doordat het er niet verlucht kon worden. Dat was het enige jammere punt voor ons.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Bei einem kleinen Problem wurde uns sofort vom Vermieter geholfen.
Points positifs : Es ist eine sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Lage ist perfekt, liegt ganz in der Nähe des Montmartre und an verschiedenen Metrostationen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Retaurants.
Points négatifs : Leider ist in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt, dass die Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss (ohne Tageslicht) sind und nur über eine steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen und kleine Kinder eher schwierig. Die Toilette ist oben separat.
