Great staff , great location, modern decoration , clean

Points positifs : All was perfect , entrance was very easy as we followed instructions we received . We were informed not to disturb neighbors and security officer which is normal . Security deposit guarantee was refund fast .

The house is very secure, and the host is charming and welcoming.

Points positifs : The actual place of residence was not the same as the address shown on Booking, which led me to reserve parking at the Booking address. However, the actual location was very close to the Arc de Triomphe, making it extremely convenient. Additionally, there is security on-site, ensuring a very safe environment. The host provided plenty of information and assistance, for which I am very grateful.

Points positifs : The accommodation is brand new and benefits from an ideal location close to the Place de l’Etoile and the Champs Elysées. Comfortable beds, silky cotton sheets, quiet and secure. I loved it.
