Points positifs : Appartement très bien placé, très propre et très bien équipé (cafetière avec des dosettes, du thé, bouilloire, grille pain, sèche cheveux, 2 chauffages d'appoint, des plaids et couette, etc... Le propriétaire à été très arrangeant sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée.

Excellent apartment in a superb location
Points positifs : Absolutely fantastic apartment. We travelled as a family of four with 2 kids who will not share a bed so this was perfect. The kitchen was exactly as needed and the shower was wonderful! The apartment was wonderfully clean and warm. The location is amazing for the Eiffel Tower and everything else is around a €30 Uber away. There's plenty of buses and other options too. The owner is wonderful and was responding to questions when we arrived late. Would highly recommend.
Points négatifs : The hallway ended up a bit narrow for getting ready but honestly that's me being picky! As I can't fault much.

Merci, Paris! Will definitely stay here again. Probably the best you can find for the price.
Points positifs : Superb location - just a short walk away from the Seine and marvelous Eiffel Tower view. Probably the best choice for such price in the heart of Paris. Easy access (some codes + key). Spacious 2 bedrooms. Would even be ok for 6 people to stay (we stayed 4). Nice small kitchen, all necessary utensils included (toaster, electric stove, fridge, capsule coffee machine and kettle) . Wifi working well. Quick contact with the host and very nice communication. So grateful for this stay.
Points négatifs : A bit of morning garbage service truck noise coming in from the street at morning hours, but it was ok.

Points positifs : The location is perfect! It is the centre of the city, less than ten minutes from Les Champs-Élysées from one side and the Seine embankment from another. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with an electrical teapot, cooking panel, fridge, dishes and utensils, so we could have evening tea and heat sandwiches :) There was also a coffee machine but we didn't use it. Special thanks for the hot radiators! We were at the beginning of January when it was quite cold in the street and it was great to come in good heated rooms. The quest to find the keys was funny for children :) The football installation with historical items was interesting for me as a big football lover :) Thank you for good time!
Points négatifs : It was a little noise from the incoming people in the night as the apartments are near the main entrance door of the house, but it was not very often. So, not critical for us. The only thing that I recommend to improve - install at least one towel hook in the bathroom. We used the clothes hanger for this purpose.

This is a great place to explore Paris from. Close to buses and metro stations
Points positifs : Great location, walking distance to Arc De Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, shops and restaurants. Well appointed apartment with good appliances and lovely glassware. Very receptive host with clear and prompt communication.
Points négatifs : The second bedroom and living area are the same room but it worked fine for us as a group of 3.

If you decide to visit Paris for tourist purposes, there is no better place to chew. An ideal place for a family of 2-4
Points positifs : Excellent location in the city center, within walking distance to many attractions. Quiet house, cleanliness, order, quick response of the owner to requests and wishes
Points négatifs : Where the kitchen lacks a couple of chairs, it is not very convenient to drink tea with the family

Points positifs : Понравилось очень расположение, все было организовано, ключи выдались сразу. Интернет пароль был уже в номере.
Points négatifs : Окна были все закрыты. Как обещалось с видом на город не было . Ну нас не было целыми днями дома ,мы гуляли по городу так что не было проблем.

Great place, great location and the host was very responsive.
Points positifs : The location is great! It was quiet but yet close to all the things to do. I love how we could escape the hustle and bustle. The place was clean and just perfect for what we needed.
