Points positifs : The studio is very calm, surrounded by many bakeries and other shops. The owner is very helpful.

A quiet and comfortable room with easy access to the metro and a short walk to the RER C.

Points positifs : I liked the location and easy access to local transport. A 15 minute walk to the River Seine and a few minutes to the Eiffel tower.

Points négatifs : Since there is a little kitchenette with a hot plate to make breakfast or a simple meal, having a small saucepan would have been appreciated. There was a small frying pan and kettle.

Nice place to stay and explore the city

Points positifs : I love the location, it's close to everywhere, including metro lines, and it's honestly in a cute party of the city. The apartment itself came in as a nice base to sleep at night and explore the city. Why would I go to Paris to stay in a room? Besides, the place was clean and comfortable, so I'm pretty happy with it. The owner was super nice as well and gave me all the instructions I needed to check-in.

Points négatifs : Nothing to comment, really.

Points positifs : Nice small Parisian appartment for 1 person in the wonderful district of Paris. Very clean and perfect equipped. Very good friendly owner who was ready to answer any questions at any time. Thanks a lot! I recommend!

Exceeding expectations, unbeatable location, ok price

Points positifs : Everything imaginable was provided by host. Towels, shower gel, coffee, water in the fridge, and even heating works. Which is a big plus as some hotels don't have working heating.

Points négatifs : Signal is bad. Cannot get ANY data unless stuck to window. Wifi provided by host would help. Also climbing spiral stairs to the top floor gets annoying after a few runs, but that's not host's fault.

Buena ubicación, cómodo y hospitalario

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente. El lugar estaba limpio, ordenado, prolijo y es muy cómodo.

Points négatifs : Todo estuvo perfecto

Points positifs : Nagyon jó helyen van, hangulatos környék, ház. Jó ár-érték arány. Egy személy számára kényelmes, elegendő. Korrekt, elérhető a szállásadó, gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció.

Points négatifs : Alapvetően tisztaság volt, de lehetne kicsit tisztább (pl. koszos volt a fal, vízkőtlenítés ráférne a konyhára stb.). Lehetne kicsit felszereltebb (pl. mikrohullámú sütő, kávéfőző, fazék). Hangszigetelés nem a legjobb, engem nem zavart, de érdemes tudni hogy behallatszódnak a zajok a szomszédból.

Points positifs : 立地が良い。 エッフェル塔まで歩いて10分圏内。 メトロやバス停も近く、美味しいレストランやブーランジュリー、マーケットもある。 コインランドリーも１本裏手の道にある。 設備については必要最低限のものが揃っており、軽い食事と寝るだけであれば困りません。

Points négatifs : とりあえず階段で６階まで登るのがしんどい。 暖房機が作動せずオーナーに連絡したが、すぐに直してもらうことはできず寒いまま。 小鍋がない、換気扇がない、ワイングラスがない。
