Amazing property in an amazing location

Points positifs : Location is amazing, it was only a few minutes walk from Eiffel Tower. Some lovely eating places at the end of the road. The property is clean and suited us for what we needed.

Points négatifs : Not really something we didn’t like. Through our own fault we never followed the instructions on entry as we arrived later at night, read instructions for entry prior to arriving and you can’t go wrong. The instructions are very clear on how to gain access.

Points positifs : The decoration, the heater and the location! It does the work!

Points négatifs : Check in time available is very late (after 4pm) Fee to check in earlier and to check out late very expensive. You can drop the luggage in their office which is great but you have to pay around 40euros by Bolt from the apartment to their office and the late check out is also 40 euros.

Great place to stay near Eiffel Tower

Points positifs : Fantastic location - quiet yet close to patisseries, restaurants and other essentials and quick walk to metro and Eiffel Tower. We felt really safe walking around too. Great communication for access to apartment and understanding what is there. Easy check out process.

Points négatifs : No view - but we knew this in advance and it wasn’t an issue. Not having windows opening to the street also helped for place to be quiet.

Points positifs : The location is excellent! Very clean and have everything needed for a stay.

Points négatifs : Maybe reduce the bed size on the room. The current one make it a little bit challenging to walk around and bring luggage in to the room. And to maybe update the instructions on how to use the washer/dryer.

Buena ubicación y cómodo

Points positifs : Muy cerca de restaurantes, metro y torre eiffel Camas muy cómodas y en general todo el espacio. Me encantó que te proporcionan una guía muy clara en donde te explican desde cómo entrar al departamento hasta cómo usar cada utensilio que te proporcionan.

Excelente ubicación, apartamento cómodo y confortable.

Points positifs : El apartamento tiene una ubicación excepcional, el sector es agradable y tiene lo necesario cerca (supermercados, panadería, restaurantes, comercios de souvenirs), se encuentra muy cerca de la torre Eiffel, cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos básicos, la calefacción funcionó muy bien, un lugar muy tranquilo se duerme bien, tuvimos una agradable estancia en PARIS.

Points négatifs : La entrada al edificio al ser éste una construcción vieja se siente olor a humedad, aunque cabe anotar que dentro del apartamento ya olía bien.
