Points positifs : Apparemment très bien placé, une fonctionnalité parfaite, les matelas au top, tout y est pour passer un simple week end ou un séjour plus long. Tout est bien expliqué et en cas de questions la personne est très réactive pour répondre à tout sujet. Nous gardons l’adresse sous le coude pour un prochain séjour.

Points négatifs : Rien à dire de négatif

Very clean and well equipped ground-floor appartment in a pleasant area. Great location.

Points positifs : Very good beds and pillows. Very clean. Nice rainshower. Location is excellent, close to parking and subwaystation. Next to the famous markets at the Rue Cler and lots of nice restaurants on walking distance. And another plus; located on the ground floor.so no tiny Parisien elevators or staircases!

Points négatifs : No outer space. The appartment is obviously no-smoking. So smokers should stand on the street in front of the appartment, rain or shine. Good if you should want to quit anyway!

Unbeatable location for exploring Paris.

Points positifs : Absolutely fantastic location 10 out of 10, close to the metro, a range of restaurants/cafes and supermarkets. A 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Communication from the host was very good and informative, even though the apartment is directly on the street it wasn't noisy during our stay.

Points négatifs : The blinds were not adequate during the evening/night the street lights shine through at nighttime when sleeping on the sofa bed. The hot water didn't last for 4 people to take a shower and the linen for the sofa bed even though clean was a bit worn out as were the towels. The plug socket in the bedroom was broken. Neither of these issues ruined our stay.

Points positifs : The location is excellent! But also, the apartment is quite spacious for a Parisian apartment and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is neat and modern. We were there is summer on very hot days and the ventilators that the owner provided were good enough as kept everything closed all day. Also, we were surprised how calm the apartment is, even though it’s on the street.

Points positifs : The location to restaurants, supermarkets, and the metro was amazing. The two bedrooms and pull out sofa easily accommodated our family of four.

Points négatifs : Nothing.

Perfect location with 2 bedrooms in Paris

Points positifs : The apartment was small, but overall perfect for our family of 3 including a teen. Having 2 bedrooms was a huge plus. Beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough about the location- It was perfect! Close to a lovely street with different traditional restaurants and food shops, and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Being on the first floor made arrival and departure easy, especially with luggage. Although the bedrooms faced the street, it was very quiet, so we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again!
