Points positifs : Location is perfect. Close to the metro and the Eiffel tower.
Points négatifs : The boiler made a reccurring ignition sound. There is no lift and the apartment is on the 4th floor, but we only had a small trolley.

Highly recommended to book it if you like to see a lot of Paris and don’t like to take the subway but walk a lot through
Points positifs : The location and the view is amazing!! Also it is a comparable big accommodation! The host was always available and absolutely lovely. The restaurants and cafes nearby are great!
Points négatifs : Some things like a chair or the floor outside was a bit old, but they were already under construction.

Points positifs : We loved the appartment! It was really clean and warm,it had good heating!nice bed, small place but good enough for 3-4people( we were 2 adults and 2kids) .loved the view of the Eiffel Tour,that is also a plus. Nice staff, answered my questions and very helpfull.i also cooked some pasta one evening and had all the kitchen utensils I needed,so quite well equipped kitchen as well. Good area,nice surroundings, monoprix supermarket,farmacy and many restaurants arround. Acces was made by a building code and appartment Keys were in a Key box with another code,so check-in and out was easy and fast,no master what time you arrive.
Points négatifs : Maybe a bottle of oil and one with vinegreta would help,to be in the kitchen cabinets.and more soap.

Cozy place
Points positifs : The apartment was good with great location and the view on Eiffel Tower! We enjoyed looking at it every night. Apartment is small but cozy and enough for 2-3 people. It had central heating and is on the 4th floor without an elevator (wasn’t a problem for us). However, the apartment was a bit dirty and lacked supplies when we first arrived. But the communication with the owner was excellent and they were ready to solve all the problems so don’t hesitate to write them if anything’s wrong. In general, we were happy to stay there and hope to come back one day! 🥰

Cozy flat with a tower view
Points positifs : Convenient location relative to all popular places from Instagram. Very close to the tower. Bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro, supermarkets - all within walking distance. View of the tower from the window. Especially beautiful in the evening. The apartment is clean, modern, very warm, there is central heating, it was important for us because we were with children. Lots of towels, all necessary kitchen utensils. There is a cot. The owner is available via WhatsApp, at any time. Easy check-in with codes. We liked everything. Thank you!

Points positifs : We loved this property and its great location in Passy. Amazing views of the Eiffel Tower, very Parisian with large windows overlooking the rooftops. Excellent communication and easy to access.
Points négatifs : We had an initial problem with the boiler not working properly but the attentive and helpful owners ensured that all was fixed extremely quickly.
