Very nice!
Points positifs : I recommend this place. It is really very close to the Eiffel Tower, and you can easily walk to many tourist attractions. The apartment conditions are very good: hot water, heating, and cleanliness. The host was also very communicative, and we did not encounter any problems at all. We will definitely choose the same place again in the future.

Points positifs : We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and truly couldn’t have asked for a better location. The Eiffel Tower is just a 5-minute walk away, and the area is full of amazing restaurants, cafés, and little shops — everything you need right at your doorstep. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and very cozy. We stayed in February and were pleasantly surprised by how warm and comfortable it was. The building has that classic Parisian charm with high ceilings and elegant details, which made the whole experience feel even more special. Everything was perfect — stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
Points négatifs : The only small inconvenience was that the key locker was broken overnight, which made us a bit worried since we had an early departure and weren’t sure how to leave the keys. This was clearly not the host’s fault.

Great location but a few issues with the amenities and host contact could’ve been smoother.
Points positifs : Good spot, 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower. Clean, quiet, and handy for getting around. Would stay again just for the location.
Points négatifs : Sofa bed was a bit small and tricky to unfold properly. TV didn’t work, one radiator was off, and the bathroom sink drained slow. Would’ve been better if someone was there in person - only had WhatsApp contact with the host.

Lovely apartment, great location, would stay again
Points positifs : The apartment was excellent for our family needs, great location, walkable to Eiffel Tower, cafes, bakery and shop near by. Master bed comfortable, sofa bed ok for children but a little small/ hard if adults were using. Kitchen and bathroom nice. Great communication with host, would definitely stay again
Points négatifs : Would be if it from a little welcome pack, hand soap, maybe a complementary coffee pod for the coffee machine, we were only staying for 1 night so didn’t want to buy lots of supplies

Points positifs : Ubicado cerca de la torre, se puede llegar caminando tranquilamente. Hay supermercados cerca. Estacion de metro cerca. Zona segura. Funcionaba bien la ducha, con lavarropas ok
