Excelent!
Points positifs : Everything was great. Good location. It’s close to a lot of supermarkets, stores, a train station. The host is very attentive; always making sure if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. Needles to say, the stay was more than alright.

Points positifs : Excellent and recommendable serviced apartment. Thanks to the very friendly communication. The service, apartment quality, and location were all fantastic. I would highly recommend this service and I shall definitely stay there again.

Points positifs : Great location within walking distance to main areas including the Eiffel Tower! The apartment also has Eiffel views and very close to parks, gyms, supermarkets, metro stations and bars & restaurants. The staff were very responsive in answering our questions about checkin, checkout and dropping our luggage if needed.
Points négatifs : Everything was great but if I had to improve anything it would be the pillows :) They were a bit thick but it's personal preference too!

We enjoyed our stay in the appartment which was clean, well maintained and feel like home.
Points positifs : The appartment is a nice French Style building, we were on top floor. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurant and bakery. Value for money. Clean with all the facilities for cooking. Laundry /dry cleaning facilities just 1 minute walk which was great. We were a family of three staying for a week, the bed in the main room was comfortable and my daughter love the sofa bed. 2 fans available . Plenty of wardrobe storage. View of the Eiffel Tower can be seen from the lounge and kitchen, beautiful at night with the light on, which was a nice surprise. The area is safe. We did not have any issues .WiFi works perfectly . Plenty of towels and bedding available. The facilities even provided olive oil, and condiments to make an easy salads, coffee and tea bags. All utensils available to cook meals. We had an amazing holiday , staying in that appartment for a week. We felt like home. Highly recommend this place. We will come back. Thank you
Points négatifs : The lift was slightly small but it was not an issue for us, we used it mainly for our suitcases and groceries. Some instructions in English inside the lift would be very helpful for International visitors. This place is really amazing.

Ime smestaja - opravdano!
Points positifs : To sto smestaj nije imao veliki broj ocena me pomalo brinulo, ali nisam uopste pogresila izabravsi ga za boravak u Parizu. Lokacija je dobra, mirno je, metro je vrlo blizu. Stan je lep, udoban, dobro opremljen. Do Ajfelovog tornja se stize za 5-10 minuta setnje. Nije u srcu desavanja, sto je po mom misljenju plus, jer ovde kad izadjete iz zgrade, necete videti more turista, vec ljude kojiz zive u ovom kraju.
Points négatifs : Sve je bilo savrseno, osim sto je u dnevnoj sobi u ormaru bila kanta sa krpama za ciscenje, vrlo neprijatnog mirisa.

Points positifs : No breakfast. Plenty of coffebars around. Very nic and tidy appartment. Good place to work during daytime. Seventh floor = good for sleeping.

Points positifs : The property is very well located, and the apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed to make excellent use of the available space. It offers all the amenities needed for a short stay and even provides a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from the living room window. Now that we are aware of some of the challenges encountered during check-in, we would consider staying there again.
Points négatifs : We were disappointed that it was not disclosed at the time of booking that the property is managed by a management company, with multiple individuals responding to emails. In our past experiences, we have always communicated directly with the owner, which we found far more efficient and reassuring. The check-in process is very convoluted, and the instructions provided by email were insufficient. Clear, step-by-step guidance — ideally including photos of each component and explanations of how they are used — would be very helpful. Additionally, providing the correct lockbox code upfront would have avoided unnecessary stress. The website was not functioning properly (it was blinking), so we were unable to determine whether the instructions there were more complete than those sent by email. It would also be helpful to provide two sets of keys, as having only one set means one person is unable to leave or return independently while the other is out. Finally, the elevator is extremely small and only accommodates one person with a single suitcase at a time. Guests who are claustrophobic should be advised to use the stairs.

Points positifs : Posizione ottima a 2 minuti da uscita metro linea 6. APT pulito, di design e in ottima posizione. Per celiaci ristorante Tascabio a 5 minuti a piedi e ristorante Su Misura a 15 minuti a piedi. Consiglio di inserire info per celiaci in quanto è difficilissimo trovare qualcosa a Parigi.

Points positifs : Хорошая квартира со всем необходимым для проживания на несколько дней,было чисто,уютно,тихо.10 мин пешком к Эйфелевой башне,в другие направления в 5 мин есть станция метро.Из окон салона и кухни виден краешек башни.Отзывчивый персонал.
Points négatifs : 7 этаж,но маленький лифт который вмещал в себя максимум 3 человека.
