Points positifs : Près du métro. Lit confortable. Salle de bain de bonne dimension. Bien insonorisé et bien équipé
Points négatifs : J’ai reçu les instructions après l’heure prévue de prise en charge malgré les avoir demandé à deux reprises. Comme touriste, l’accès au wifi et au téléphone peut être difficile à l’arrivée. Cela a engendré du stress non nécessaire. Pas vraiment si près du jardin du Luxembourg malgré le nom de l’établissement.

Great location, small apartment best suited to one person (rating for a single person).
Points positifs : The apartment is located in a great part of Paris with plenty of nearby food options and a nearby metro station. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Communication with the host was very good.
Points négatifs : The apartment is perfect for one person, but for two it is very small and the bed size is a double (1.5 times a single) so extremely cozy - so one of us slept on the floor. The apartment is also 4 floors up a spiraling staircase - no lift.

Points positifs : The bed was very comfy, the host was lovely, the kitchen and bathroom were very useful, great location close to a lot of shops and restraints and the area is nice and clean. I was worried at first that it would be cold as the radiator was only small but it heated up the room pretty quickly
Points négatifs : It was a bit small for the price but makes sense given the location

Great option for short visits!
Points positifs : Location is super, it's the bread and butter for this place. Enough space for relax after a day of overwhelming Paris. Metro is in 200ish meters, bikes are everywhere! Restaurants, nice clothing shop, groceries, everything is there. The shower is of a good size, I am not a thin person by any means and I fit in there without any issues.
Points négatifs : Could definitely be more clean, nice vacooming would not hurt the place when I visited it... Water pressure is not great in the kitchen.

Ótima Hospedagem em Paris
Points positifs : Não é um hotel, e sim um quarto independente, tipo AirBnb. Ótima localização, estação do metrô a 2 quadras. Próximo a restaurantes, bancos e supermercados! É um quarto perfeito para uma pessoa ou um casal, com cozinha compacta bem equipada então dá pra fazer algumas refeições rápidas, principalmente café da manhã. Ótimo atendimento da anfitriã Rosa, espanhola mas tb fala português. Atendeu prontamente todos os pedidos. O quarto fica no 4° andar em um prédio residencial, e não possui elevador. Não nos incomodou, mas o acesso por escadas é um ponto de atenção especialmente para aqueles que possuem alguma restrição de mobilidade, ou para quem viaja com grandes malas!
Points négatifs : Nada. Foi tudo ótimo
