Central and renovated Parisian apartment

Points positifs : Appartement très agréable, bien équipé. On se sent chez soi. Très belle situation.

Points négatifs : Malheureusement l'isolation... Les réveils sont très matinaux malgré une rue relativement calme à cause du simple vitrage..

Points positifs : L'appartement était très propre et conforme à la description . On a beaucoup apprécié la bouteille de vin en cadeau

great place with 3 bedrooms, vey convenient location and good value for money if you use the kitchen

Points positifs : Instructions were nicely given, quick replies and all went according to plan, there were 2 sets of keys, which is good, the apartment is spacious, well decorated, clean, confortable with enough towels and storage.

Points négatifs : The windows are single so there is some noise despite being in a quite street (e.g. garbage truck). More basic amenities would be welcome, like extra kitchen towels, a drying plate in the kitchen top, more garbage bags, coffee pods, fairy washing liquid, hand soap. These are not expensive things and do make a difference.

A perfect apartment for a 5 day stay in Paris.

Points positifs : The apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Paris with family. Everything was spotlessly clean and all appliances worked. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was in a quiet block within walking distance of restaurants, bakery and supermarket. A short walk to the Metro.

Points négatifs : The booking listed a tumble dyer but there was not a tumble dryer in the apartment. When I queried this I was told that there was a drying rack and heated towel racks in the bathrooms. I feel a tumble dryer should not be listed if one is not supplied.

We had the perfect stay at the appartment, it suited all our needs and the communication between ourselves and the host

Points positifs : Superb location. The apartment is equipped with everything a group might need on a short stay. Easy communication with the host via Whatsup. Always prompt response and assistance. No issues with any household appliances, internet connection or anything of the kind.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately there were construction works ongoing in the neighbouring flat that created quite a bit of noise in the mornings

Points positifs : De locatie is centraal en dicht bij metro, de 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers fijn zeker bij groter gezelschap.

Points négatifs : De hygiëne kan beter, veel schimmel in vooral de licht gekleurde badkamer daar is ook geen afzuiging. En 1 2-persoons matras is echt aan vervanging toe, doorgezakt/kuil. Verder goed!

Points positifs : Sehr günstig gelegene Wohnung. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Metrolinie 7 in kurzer Entfernung. Ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen.

Points négatifs : Los dispensadores de jabón de manos estaban vacíos. La puerta de uno de los baños no cierra bien y se sale toda el agua. Podrían poner ventanas contra ruido pues se escucha mucho el camión de la basura que pasa a las 6 AM
