Un logement très agréable

Points positifs : Nous avons tout aimé. L’accueil du propriétaire , le logement avec la disposition des pièces et la propreté, la situation proche du métro et le calme car l’immeuble semble habité que par des parisiens. Le Sacré Cœur et le Moulin Rouge à 15 minutes de marche. Tout est simple et pratique. J’ai déjà réservé pour l’année prochaine.

Points négatifs : Pas de capsules pour la cafetière…

Points positifs : Nice apartment in french style. Location is amazing, many restaurants outside and close to metro station Cadet. Really enjoyed staying in this property.

Points négatifs : Nothing to complain about

Points positifs : As a single female traveller I found the apartment and area very safe.

A well located and comfortable apartment for a short stay.

Points positifs : The apartment is in easy walking distance from the Gare du Nord (with wheeled suitcase in tow) and in a convenient location for the Cadet Metro station giving access to the rest of the city. It is small but this was fine for a solo traveler like myself and it has character which is always nice. Overall I found the apartment comfortable and convenient and I enjoyed staying in it.

Points négatifs : The kitchen is basically a kitchenette which, for me, would rule out staying for longer than a few days, but it is a stretch to say that this was something I didn't like and as I was only there for a few days it was not a problem.

Points positifs : The location is great. Only a couple of minutes walk to Cadet Metro and loads of cafes and restaurants all around.

Points négatifs : Needs better curtains to blackout the very bright street lights. 'Quaint' in a French Parisian sort of way - we liked but some wouldn't.

Charming apartment within walk to Opera, Montmartre and Gare du Nord

Points positifs : We really enjoyed the location of this apartment in a less touristy area but surrounded by bars, restaurants and lovely architecture. Close to buses and metro. The apartment is very attractive, ideal for a couple staying several days and wanting self-catering options. Vincent was welcoming and helpful.

Great location but a bit too cluttered

Points positifs : This is a spacious apartment in a brilliant location. It is quiet and the two main rooms are light and airy. There is a really good shower and the towels and bedlinen were lovely. There is a most beautiful wooden stairway up to the apartment.

Points négatifs : The owner needs to decide if it's their apartment, still full of their stuff, or if they are renting it out - in which case it would be good to clear out all of their personal clutter. There were no drawers, shelves, hooks etc where we could put our stuff. The bed was really low and too soft

Points positifs : Great location and it makes you feel the city vibes

Points négatifs : The apartment was cold and we never managed to make it feel warmer

Great return to Paris in a good apartment.

An unforgettable Paris stay 🤩

Points positifs : We spent 3 weeks at this gorgeous apartment and it felt like home. It is well located in a residential area with the metro, restaurants and shops all close by. The hosts were attentive and made our stay an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!
