We loved our time in Paris and it was made even more wonderful to have access to a great apartment!
Points positifs : Location was great. Easy access to transport options - for easy navigation around Paris. Secure property - we felt very safe and happy. Safe box in the wall was great. Loved having the coffee machine and access to washing machine also. Check in and check out processes were easy with good communication. Good shower size. Bed was comfortable.
Points négatifs : Toilet size. Pillows. But not big problems.

Good sized apartment in great location.
Points positifs : Great location within walking distance to many Paris attractions. For Paris standards, this is a good sized apartment on third floor ( no lift), with great shower, good kitchen and large living area with couch (converts to pullout bed). Good sized bed but a little hard.

Comfortable stay for a short family trip in Paris
Points positifs : We stayed here during our family trip to Paris with our two teenage kids. The apartment is small but clean and tidy. The windows face the inner courtyard, so it’s quiet – a big plus in a busy city like Paris. Since we mostly used the apartment just to sleep, it had everything we needed.
Points négatifs : The pillow was too soft for my taste, which might bother some people. Also, there’s no air conditioning – we were okay with open windows, but on hotter summer days, it could be quite uncomfortable to sleep. The toilet is really tiny – it wasn’t an issue for us, but a larger person might find it hard to even close the door and would probably need to use it with the door open.

Perfect for a family of 4 (Kids 10 to 14)
Points positifs : We loved this stay for the location. Water pressure was great in the shower, lots of hot water. Big bright windows. Fairly quiet at night. Pullout was big enough for our 2 kids. We would stay here again :)
Points négatifs : Not dislikes, just some info. The TV remote did not work (not that we were in Paris to watch TV!). We had no problem with the toilet but could see how anyone very tall might not be able to shut the door for privacy. The washing machine is only for very small loads and light loads. No bottle opener, we bought one at a grocery store.

Lovely stay in the heart of Paris!
Points positifs : It is in a prime location, close to most of the big attractions, and very easy to get to the Metro stations and busses, would love to visit again!

Points positifs : Supertolle Lage! Selbst mit drei kleinen Kindern nachts problemlos nachhause gegangen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Witzige Toilette (Größe Besenkammerl) und Lösung mit dem Bad: Tüte schließt nicht.
Points négatifs : Ein Stuhl zu wenig für vier. Kaffeemaschine, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. War hauptsächlich super!

Super místo !
Points positifs : Skvělá poloha! Sacre Coeur 1km, Louvre 1,5km.. Kolem kavárny, brasserie, fast foody, vše jen pár kroků. Byt útulný. Super kuchyň s pračkou! Skvělá koupelna. Skvělý úklid a výborná komunikace. Doporučuji.
Points négatifs : 😀 opravdu malá toaleta.. opravdu malá. Ale OK, jen někomu nad 190cm nebo 110kg by asi nešly zavřít dveře 🤣.

Points négatifs : L'unica pecca è che lo stanzino del gabinetto lo avremmo preferito leggermente più grande e magari con una finestra

Appartamento in posizione strategica e super pulito!
Points positifs : L'appartamento è in posizione strategica a 2 minuti a piedi da 2 diverse linee della metro. Noi eravamo in 2 adulti + 2 bimbi e per noi era perfetto. La pulizia veramente ineccepibile. Forse per 4 adulti è un po' a misura, ma per 2 adulti e 2 bambini le dimensioni sono perfette! L'host mi ha contattato via whatsapp ed è stato molto disponibile per tutto il soggiorno e su richiesta ci ha permesso di tenere l'appartamento fino al tardo pomeriggio dell'ultimo giorno dato che avevamo l'aereo la sera.
Points négatifs : Non è molto pratica la stanza-water vicino alla sala soprattutto per chi ci dorme. L'appartamento è al 3° piano senza ascensore, sono scale ripide ma semplici da fare, in ogni caso lo segnalo per chi ha difficoltà motorie.

Comodo appartamento nel IX arrondissement
Points positifs : Posizione buona. Si raggiungono a piedi in mezz'oretta le principali attrazioni, Louvre., museo D'orsay, Montmartre... Negozi e ristoranti in abbondanza. I letti sono comodi. Pulizia buona. Proprietario molto disponibile, abbiamo lasciato in appartamento il bagaglio sino alle 16.
Points négatifs : Il bagno: il wc è separato dal resto dei sanitari, è veramente piccolo ed è situato nella stanza soggiorno/cucina.
