Séjour parfait pour visiter Paris en famille.

Points positifs : L’emplacement est parfois nous sommes proche de tout, il y a plein de restaurants à proximité.

Points négatifs : Seul point négatif, c’est qu’il y a je pense un centre aéré car nous entendions beaucoup de cris d’enfants dès le matin et pas le soir juste en dessous qui nous a empêché de faire la grasse matinée car les fenêtres ne couvrent pas le bruit.

Points positifs : Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment and enjoyed our time there. The location is great with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Near to different metro stations and Republique but remains a local neighbourhood

Points négatifs : However, I would like to point out one issue that affected our comfort. We were a group of five people, and having only one toilet was quite inconvenient. When searching for an apartment, having two bathrooms was a key criterion for us, and this is how we came across this listing. As there was no specific clarification regarding the number of toilets, we naturally assumed that there were two, which unfortunately was not the case. There is no elevator but this was mentioned so it was no problem.

Very lovely flat

Points positifs : The flat was in a good location and had three double bedrooms. The decor was nice and modern

Points négatifs : Temperature control on one of the showers was broken and the water was very hot. There was only one couch in the property and this meant that when six adults were together 4 of them were sitting on dinner table chairs.

Points positifs : This property location was convenient to shops and restaurants.

Points négatifs : There was two bathrooms but only one toilet. The two flight of stairs were heard due to how many luggages we had The showers were fine once we figured out how to use the hot water pressure.

Most wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with so many restaurants and shops near by.

Points positifs : Well appointed apartment that fit our needs perfectly!! Beds were comfortable with nice quality linens. Large luxurious bath towels and double sinks in one bathroom. The location was fabulous. Perfect for our ladies trip. David and Warren were prompt to answer any questions I had. Easy access upon arrival. They provided a wonderful guide to Paris as well as everything we would need to know about the apartment.
