Points négatifs : Manque de vaisselles, pas de micro-ondes. Pas machine à espresso

Points négatifs : It was a little bit sad that there was a coffee machine but no coffee.

Nice apartment for the price

Points positifs : The street is quiet and the apartment is close to metro line 2. The sleeping room and living room are clean. Check-in was easy and quick, we got all the required information on the day of arrival.

Points négatifs : The kitchen walls are quite dirty. Heating is not efficient enough. Every noise can be heard from the staircase. A microwave oven would be an improvement, also there are no bedside lamps.

Points positifs : Great location, next to lots of bars, cafes, etc. But at an end road so, there is no noise from the nice lovely caos around. Clean, warm shower and appartment. Perfect for a family of 4.

Points positifs : Ótimo custo-benefício. Banheiro e cozinha bem equipados, muito perto do metrô e com opções fáceis de mercado, bares e padarias. Fácil acesso e comunicação efetiva e rápida com os anfitriões.

Points négatifs : Camas de madeira fazem um pouco de barulho e os colchões poderiam ser mais confortáveis

Unkomplizierte, gut gelegene charmante Wohnung für Familien.

Points positifs : Reizende kleine pariser Wohnung in guter Lage mit reduzierter aber funktionaler und neuer Basis-Einrichtung. Karg aber wohnlich, neues kleines Bad. Gut geeignet für ein paar Tage mit Kindern/Teenagern in Paris oder für alle die es lieber unkomplizierte als luxuriös mögen. Freundlicher Vermieter.

Points négatifs : Kleinigkeiten: Wo kommt der Müll hin, wie wird er getrennt, (haben wir aber letztendlich auch selbst rausgefunden), minimal bessere Küchenausstattung (Topf Mittlerer Größe, mittelgroße flache Teller, Küchenhandtuch, Schere), zweiter Schlüssel, wäre praktisch gewesen. Ging aber auch so.
