Appartement 2 chambres sur Menilmontant
Points positifs : - hôte réactif et communicant ,prix abordable pour un appartement 2 chambres ds Paris, bus 96 au pied de l⁷ immeuble, quartier vivant , parking à 10mn à pied où on a laissé la voiture pour 10 eur / jour
Points négatifs : - nettoyage qui mériterait d être un peu plus rigoureux , 1 ère porte d immeuble hs pendant notre séjour ( la 2 ème fonctionnait je precise)

It was very enjoyable
Points positifs : The location was good to connect to the different places we wanted to visit but it is a little crowded.
Points négatifs : The elevator to the apartment did not work all through our stay and we have small children with us and have to carry our groceries from the ground floor to the fourth floor which was not nice.

Affordable apartment in a local area of Paris
Points positifs : It's very easy to catch the metro down the street, and lots of local cafes and restaurants to try out. The apartment felt safe and the split floor plan was great for two friends traveling together. Wi-fi worked really well. It's a perfect affordable place to stay that is not in a touristy area. The balcony was nice as well. You're in a busy city so bring your ear plugs, but that is expected in Paris. Kitchen is pretty well stocked, but did not have essentials like cooking oil, so you will need to buy that. Thank you!
Points négatifs : There was no dish soap to wash dishes, and no hand towels, bath mat for the shower area, or wash cloths. Host said they would drop some soap to us but never did. The TV was not connected to any channels or streaming service logged in so we couldn't use the TV. Pillows were Euro size and too big to sleep on really.

Cosy appattment with Paris view
Points positifs : Very good localization just in front of the bus stop, 500m from metro station. Quite big appartment. Well equipped. Good communication with the landlord.
Points négatifs : I Think that the rooms and kitchen should be a bit better cleaned.

Lovely apartment with convenient location.
Points positifs : Loved the location. Very convenient and close to public transport and shops. Very helpful host as well with any questions we had that had nothing to do with the apartment.
Points négatifs : There was nothing that we didn’t like about the apartment.

It's a Good located apartment. Many stores and shops are around and accessible. Advisable
Points positifs : Hi, it was a nice apartment . Presence of an elevator , 4th floor with nice tiny view balcony. Spacious

Points positifs : Clean nice apartment, near everything. Easy to go to metro, bus stations. Area had alot of Café, restaurant, markets

Points positifs : Дуже зручне розташування- близько до метро, апартаменти просторі, багато місця, комфортно для родини чи компанії. Гарна комунікація з власником, можна було залишити багаж раніше чекіну.
Points négatifs : Не вистачало килимка у ванній і туалеті, недостатньо чисто. Немає в спальні жодної лампи чи іншого приліжкового освітлення.

Points positifs : Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, przestrzenne. W sam raz dla 6 osób. Kanapa w salonie rozkładana i jest wygodna i duża po rozłożeniu. Internet dobrze chodzi. Woda z bojlera gorąca i na spokojnie starcza na prysznic dla 5 osób. Ładny widok z okna na ulicę. Metro blisko i przystanek autobusowy tuż obok wyjścia z budynku.
Points négatifs : Minusem jest nieszczelne okno w kuchni ale grzejniki dobrze grzeją
