J’y ai passé 6 jours et je réserverais à nouveau sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour.
Points positifs : Le nom de l’appartement est très justement choisi . Bien que dans un quartier très effervescent, le petit bout de rue où il se trouve est très calme et les grandes fenêtres apportent beaucoup de luminosité. À deux pas de la rue de Bretagne où l’on trouve beaucoup d’animation: tous les services et de belles terrasses. Georges est un hôte très facilitant. Il a toujours répondu rapidement à mes messages, était à l’heure sur place pour m’accueillir et a devancé l’heure du pour m’accommoder.
Points négatifs : L’aspect qui m’a moins plu, mais qui ne peut être amélioré, est que l’appartement est au 4e étage, sans ascenseur. Je n’ai pas été incommodé personnellement, mais c’est un point qu’il est bon de connaître en avance pour choisir en toute connaissance de cause.

Flat in a lovely neighbourhood hosted by a responsible host
Points positifs : The location was really good. Close to a few metro stations with different lines. Le Marais is a lively, liberal, arty and trendy areas with a lot of restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, galleries.. yet the flat is situated in a quiet square. The flat itself is well equipped. The host responds quickly.
Points négatifs : I stayed for 10 days. A washing machine would be good. Although there are laundries nearby, I would not like the idea of using the same machine with hundreds of unknown people. It is stated in the info, therefore, I should not complain. The flat on the 4th floor without a lift. At my age (63), after great shopping in Paris, I could not carry down my suitcase through old narrow stairs. I had to ask a workman nearby to do so.

Points positifs : Georges is a very friendly guy, he told us where to go for our first dinner. Marche is a wonderful place with cuisine for everyone. When you live here, you have the real Paris at your fingertips. However, the apartment is perfect for a short stay for a couple. Thank you
Points négatifs : Only stairs to the flat, but view from both window and silence was amazing

Points positifs : Great neighborhood--lots of restaurants, parks, grocery stores, sense of community, walking distance to museums and cathedrals, felt very safe walking home in late evening. The host worked with our schedule and had guides available for our use.
Points négatifs : We were fine with the 4th floor walk up. If you have health conditions you might want to take that into consideration. The lack of an elevator is included in the description.

Lovely! Would book again, especially for solo travel. :)
Points positifs : Lovely calm atmosphere in a relatively quiet corner of Le Marais. Stayed in summer during summer warm weather and the windows were lovely and provided good ventilation even without air conditioning. Close the windows and all the street noise disappears.
Points négatifs : No elevator but that was not a problem for me. My mom and I stayed here for 4 nights and I took the sofa. If the sofa were a little larger it would be perfect for 2 requiring separate sleeping arrangements.

Un lugar para volver y volver!!!!
Points positifs : Un mono ambiente con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La ubicación es excelente!!!! Para caminar por los alrededores y conexión con subte. Georges un anfitrión de 10!!!!
