Charming apartment - 1BR-4P - Bastille

Points positifs : Appartement très bien équipé et propre. Métro, supérette au pied de l'immeuble. Commerces, et bons restos tous proches.

Points négatifs : La salle de bain reste humide malgré la VMC, donc odeur et traces d'humidité . Manque peut-être un sèche serviettes ou patère pour les linges de bain. Heureusement le lave linge a une fonction de séchage.

Points positifs : Les petites attentions et le soin dans la présentation Les capsules de café et l'aménagement soigné

Points négatifs : L'odeur de tabac qui est légère mais présente

Points positifs : The location was amazing and we had the underground under the palace. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the beds were really good

Points positifs : Location! Right at the metro stop. Next to groceries.

In general it is a nice place to stay in Parice!

Points positifs : Very attractive location, metro station is just to the door, mani shops and restaurants as well.

Points négatifs : The procedure with the key is not so user friendly.

Perfect for a long weekend for 3 adults

Points positifs : The stay in this flat was pleasant. The flat is good-looking, well-kept, bright, and clean. I appreciated the high quality of the bedding and towels and the soundproofing of the windows. One can get used to the vibrations from the metro, literally underneath the building — nothing can be done about it anyway. But if you're a light sleeper, keep looking. The bed in the bedroom is rather soft. The agency renting this flat can be contacted over the phone and the agents are extremely helpful, kind, and patient.

Points négatifs : More as an expectation management disclaimer, not necessarily negative comment. Bear in mind that it's a short-term rental flat, not a hotel, after all. The key pickup is arranged in a grocery store ca. 300 m away (for Americans — that's roughly 25 full-size school buses or 10 minutes walk with a suitcase), on a different street (albeit similarly named). The instructions were not clear enough for a tired tourist like me, so I had to make some angry calls to the agency, but I've received prompt and competent help in English. Check-in time starts at 16:00 (4PM) which is kind of late, or you have to pay an „early check-in fee”.

Points négatifs : No aircon, was hot, fan helped a little but wasnt great, is a little noisy with windows open but it is above a metro station. Wouldn't affect us staying here again.

Points positifs : Las instalaciones preciosas, muy completo y muy cómodo. Éramos 4 adultos y estuvimos perfecto! Hermoso vecindario con el metro en la puerta y conexiones a todos los medios de transporte para manejarse en Paris sin problemas. En la zona muchos mercados y tiendas bonitas. Estuve 15 días y fue todo maravilloso
