Points positifs : Petit dejeuner non servi par votre etablissement , donc je ne peux me prononcer .

Points négatifs : Sans doute le rajout d'un rideau supplémentaire au salon ( tissu épais et sombre ) pour ne pas être réveillé dès les premières lueurs matinales .

Great apartment choice in Paris

Points positifs : Perfect apartment layout, flawlessly clean on arrival, great communication with the host. Lovely, genuine neighboorhood with several cafés, restaurants etc. Big supermarket (intermarché) is a 5min walk away. I would definitely come back!

Everything was excellent. Host was very polite and patient. Nice place to stay with kids!

Points positifs : Cozy and warm atmosphere. Clean and warm apartments, which is necessary in winter time in Paris. All the equipment was new. Host was very very polite and patient and help us even in NY eve.

Great location, comfortable and clean

Points positifs : I loved the location- it was right next to the Metro, and the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery was steps away. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot.

Nice and clean apartment for a comfortable stay

Points positifs : The apartment was very clean, the host is very responsive, and the location is very accessible with good metro connections.

Points négatifs : The only downside is that there was no door to the bathroom, so traveling in a small group brought some complications. But that was not a very big problem.

Very highly recommended location, convenient proximity to the metro station!

Points positifs : Location was wonderful, though next to an eerie cemetery. Getting to the unit itself was tricky with winding stairs and long hallways, a bit of a challenge for my aging parents. Otherwise, Mme Stella was a great host, the unit itself is well maintained.

Points négatifs : I do wish they could advise future guests to drop off at the corner of the main street (Blvd Menilmontant) instead of the actual address because it's easier to find, and a more convenient drop off location for BOLT. When we first arrived, the BOLT had to drop us off farther along Rue de Repos because the street was closed off. But all in all, once you get the hang of the location, the stay is very pleasant!

Points positifs : Провели 10 дней в Париже. Остались полностью довольны проживанием в апартаментах. Удобный самостоятельный заезд/выезд, перед заселением направили подробную видеоинструкцию как пройти в апартаменты (найти сам адрес не составляет труда) в wa. Заранее направили информацию о wifi. Отличное расположение - в шаговой доступности 2 ветки метро, до большинства достопримечательностей можно добраться менее, чем за полчаса. Также удобно добираться до вокзалов и аэропорта. Сам район также показался спокойным и уютным. Апартаменты для Парижа достаточно большие, отдельная спальня с удобной кроватью. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым, также есть фен, стиральная машина, гладильная доска и утюг. По нашей просьбе любезно оставили для нас зонт. Merci, Stella
