Great place to enjoy paris or work
Points positifs : Great place and in a very quiet street! Great bathroom and the minimum to get a light meal. Very clean and nice neighborhood. Very kind and attentive owner 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Points négatifs : Noise from others apartments, the walls are not soundproofed… a pity (neighbors singing in the shower, neighbors going down the stairs…). A microwave and a real small kitchen table are missing for more than 3 days stay.

Points positifs : everything was just perfect! It was the great holiday, wonderful area. the room had absolutely everything you needed for your stay. the room is very clean, cozy, warm. I liked everything, thank you very much.

Increible estadía / Super cerca de todo lo necesario
Points positifs : Me encantó el barrio donde estuvimos. Había un supermercado Carrefour en la esquina y alrededor también había bastantes sitios para comer. El tren/metro estaba a dos cuadras y la zona parecía muy segura. La torre eiffel estaba a literal 10 min caminando, una pasada! El apartamento es cómodo y útil. Hay pava electrica, paraguas, utensilios de cocina, secador de pelo, vitrocerámica, una mesita pequeña y dos sillas, + todo lo necesario para una estadia comoda y buena. Lo súper recomiendo y lo volvería a elegir. Precio/Calidad es increible
Points négatifs : El olor a humedad. Es un apartamento pequeño pero super util, sin embargo hay que ventilar constantemente porque queda el olor a humedad en el ambiente (e inclusive haciendo eso, sigue quedando). Estaría bueno encontrar otra forma de que no pase eso. Podrás ver humedad en algunas paredes pero mayoritariamente en el baño. Es lo que peor hemos llevado... Realmente si se encontrara alguna forma de evitar eso, seria el apartamento ideal. El wifi tampoco andaba pero quizas no lo hemos conectado bien, no sé, tampoco me quitó el sueño. La humedad fue lo peorcito Pero sigo diciendo que relación calidad/precio es increible

Points positifs : tutto perfetto ❤️,la struttura è perfetta,super accogliente con ventilatore,perfetta per una coppia e soprattutto vicino alla torre Eiffel,allametro, MC Donald's e starbucks. le persone che lo gestiscono hanno gestito tutto perfettamente rispondendoci subito

Super buena ubicación
Points positifs : Tiene excelente ubicación, cerca del metro y puedes ir caminando a la torre eiffel, muchos restaurantes en los alrededores.
Points négatifs : El lugar tiene poca ventilación y el baño es pequeño, las toallas no se logran secar y huele a humedad

Points positifs : Очень хорошее расположение, всё рядом, магазин, супермаркет, метро, живой рынок, кафе
Points négatifs : Влажность в квартире, квартира маленькая ( буд-то бы это одна комната в которую вместили душ с туалетом(очень мало места) , плиту с раковиной, и кровать ( достаточно удобная) но для двух людей нормально.

I really recommend for solo travel this place!
Points positifs : Coz I arrived early morning they was so nice and do early check in for me🫶🏻 the room was clean and all stuff prepare. The bed is so nice and literally for solo travels is the best choice coz not expensive and close to Eiffel Towel😍
