Excellent séjour
Points positifs : Excellent emplacement à deux pas des grands magasins, des moyens de transports ( gare saint lazare métro et bus ) de l’Opera Garnier Appartement calme, fonctionnel et très propre Literie très confortable Échange très facile et réactif avec le lobby 👍 Nous reviendrons sans hésitation

Paris cosi
Points positifs : Situation idéale de l'appartement proche des théâtres, des grands magasins, des lignes de métro et du RER pour Disneyland Paris. Appartement très cosi et très calme notamment la nuit. Literie au top.
Points négatifs : Pas si facile d'obtenir la clé d'entrée, mais avec 1 téléphone ce fût réglé.

Lovely apartment with a wonderful host, in the heart of Paris. I would definitely book again.
Points positifs : The hostess was so so helpful and the apartment was spacious and clean and air conditioned. it was 39 degrees in Paris the day we landed in Paris 2 weeks ago. The hostess was so lovely/ We had arrived after being on a plane for 23 + hours from Australia. She let us check in early whilst the cleaners were still there. We slept the whole day and didn’t leave the apartment. Location wise it is very close to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps so we did a spot of shopping. Thankfully the apartments have lifts and we took full advantage of having air conditioning.
Points négatifs : It had the smallest toilet we have ever seen. Crazily small.

Wonderful stay in beautiful French apartment
Points positifs : Everything was wonderful, very comfortable apartment with everything we needed, comfortable big beds, very clean and beautiful. Very close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and boulangeries, perfect location, great experience!
Points négatifs : The toilet is very small and cramped.

Points positifs : La ubicacion es muy buena, a metros de Haussmman, de las galerías comerciales Lafayette y Printemps. La TV tiene varias plataformas, Netflix,You Tube. No usamos la cocina, pero parece estar bien equipada. Los baños sólo tienen lavabo y shower, son cómodos. Shower está bien, con presión. Es 1er piso y tiene un pequeño ascensor. La calefacción es buena. No hay personal, pero con las indicaciones y claves no hubo problemas. Para pasar unos días está bien.
Points négatifs : El mobiliario está muy deteriorado. No ofrece un buen aspecto. Es como en las fotos despues de años de uso. Sólo hay un WC para 4-5 personas en un habitaculo muy pequeño separado del baño, como es habitual en Francia.

Points positifs : Muito bem localizada, apartamento limpo, exceto um item, camas confortáveis, comunicação rápida com administradora, check-in e check-out fáceis e rápidos.
Points négatifs : Excesso de abajus enormes na sala que tiram o espaço já escasso pra circular. Abajus grandes ocupando os criados mudos, o que não permite muito espaço para as coisas dos hóspedes. Poltrona na sala muito muito suja.

Lovely 2 BR in Great Location
Points positifs : Well- renovated apartment in terrific location, convenient to many subways, walking distance to Opera, many restaurants and shopping. Beds are very comfortable, all appliances work well (including washer/dryer) . Owner/agent very responsive to questions.
Points négatifs : One BR overlooked small courtyard where one apartment seemed to be the site of many loud parties. Buildings' garbage cans also in that courtyard, so much noisy trash dumping. (Second BR is on an airshaft and very quiet). Only one key and extensive building security beyond the lock box makes it difficult for two people to enter separately.
