Points positifs : Bon emplacement, équipement correct, calme et propre. Correct pour un court séjour.

Points négatifs : Après la réservation par booking.com, il y a une procédure compliquée, par étapes, de confirmation, de paiement, de garantie, d'identification, d'arrivée et d'état des lieux et qui est faite par un opérateur tiers, hors booking.com. Il faut donner une garantie de 2000 Eur ! Merveil est très difficilement joignable par téléphone. La salle de bain est très, très petite, le lavabo a la taille d'un lave main. Pas de vue sur l'extérieur, une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre.

Points positifs : It was comfortable and suited our needs. Easy to get a taxi or uber and shopping close by.

Points négatifs : Needs a microwave.

Absolutely fantastic location which accommodated our family of five.

Points positifs : A fantastic apartment. I would move their permanently if we could. Very helpful staff who were quick and responsive to questions. Very clear instructions on how to access. Secure and safe apartment setting. Close to the train station (we were a family with young children with luggage so even this was easy) but far enough away that there wasn't the rush of the station close by. Great location for wondering down to get breakfast at a boulangerie which was very close by; supermarkets and other specialty food stores close by (lots of options); many restaurants too. We felt like we were living in Paris, not just tourists. Washing machine with a drying function. Quiet location. The apartment photos are extremely accurate. Easily accommodated our family of five (two siblings shared a bed but ample room). I've never stayed anywhere in Paris this spacious.

Points négatifs : Nothing we didn't like.

Pleasent Stay

Points positifs : The location was perfect for us as we were there to see the circus show near by. It felt secure, with many gates/doors with codes to get in. The place was renovated modern, and was clean.

Points négatifs : unfortunately we weren’t made aware of the construction going on outside, so we had people banging/building when we arrived, and then early in the morning too. The bathroom was a bit small, but we made do for the one night.

Points positifs : Location is perfect, few mins walk from Republique station. It's a ground floor apartment, not too much natural light, you should know that. Otherwise apartment is comfortable, but it's not really two separate bedrooms as there is only a curtain separating them.

Points négatifs : We haven't met the host, it was keybox, but it's fine. We had some electricity problems, quickly fixed.

Points positifs : Amazing location Very cute apartment. Well stocked. Great shower.

Points négatifs : The front door has a serious design fault, plus the handle kept falling off! This is a 2-bedroom apartment, but the 2 bedrooms are separated by a curtain, not a door. Not an issue for us, but may be an issue for others who want a bit more privacy.

Points positifs : I proprietari sono stati super gentili e disponibili in tutto, appartamento accogliente e con tutto il necessario a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro.

Points positifs : El apartamento está muy bien, las camas son muy cómodas y el sofá cama también, todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Y fantástica decoración. Muy bien ubicado.

Points négatifs : El cuarto de baño es muy estrecho.

Points positifs : Es war gut erreichen. Appartement war sehr schön. Hat alles gut geklappt.
