Charming apartment - 2BR-6P -In the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Is had modern furniture,nice and frendly staff,and the apartament was located near the center of Paris. We had plenty of coffee stores and cute restaurants.

Points négatifs : The entrance was very old and kind of dirty,but that shouldn’t be a problem knowing that many buuldings are like that.

Points positifs : Everything! Location, the style and cleanliness of the apartment. Beds were super comfy and the showers were good.

Points négatifs : Only 1 slight thing when we got the keys the lockbox froze but only took us a couple of minutes and it was ok again.

Points positifs : Apartment very clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable. Great access to all places

The apartment was brilliant and the convenience to the metro make it a favourite for future stays

Points positifs : The convenience of the location and the interior of the property was very good !

Points négatifs : The outer entry to the apartment left a little to be desired with the lights being out and it was a problem coming back in the night.

Nice apartment to stay in a funky area, just need some patience with access.

Points positifs : Location of the property was good as in being central in Paris within walking distance to everything needed. The property was well appointed with coffee machine, full kitchen and clothes washing machine, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms and safe/secure.

Points négatifs : Collection of the keys is convoluted, you need a code to enter a lobby where you need to find a mailbox with a key safe. key safe required another code to get access to the keys, and then you need to walk to a different location to access the apartment. The same in reverse needs to happen at the end of the stay to return the keys. (Can be a significant inconvenience if you have lots of luggage. Stairs to apartment with no lift, only one set of stairs up to first floor. The biggest issue is that you need keys to EXIT the property, only one set of keys for 3 people in our case, so we needed to be organised about keys and access which wasn't ideal. Much better would be to have electronoic code access for the street door rather than a physical key, or provide keys for all guests so that everyone can come and go as they like. Lastly the security deposit for this place was €1500. I called customer care to cancel the booking because of this, as there was no mention of this during the booking process on Booking.com. Luckily the deposit was reduced to €500 which was much more manageable. Deposit I was told would be released within 24hrs of leaving the apartment, this is not true and takes 8 or 9 days to be released. The area is a street prostitute hangout even in the day, so if this is something you don't want to see then don't book here.

Points positifs : Great, clean, modern, well equipped (good showers and beds) and very good located apartment!

Points négatifs : We just could not get the tv working in the living room, with 2 kids for 4 days, that would have been nice. But all other just good!!

Points négatifs : Cobran aparte de booking x deposito 700 euros Es en el 2do piso porque ay escaleras y tu tienes q subir las maletas No había A/C y estaba caliente adentro y la salida tiene que ser a las 10 am porque sino te cobran con el deposito pero todo lo demás muy bien la estancia Si ay ruido afuera pero se acaba después de las 12 am
