Urban Flat 176 - Charming 3 Bedroom in Montorgueil

Points positifs : The apartment was clean and modernly equipped. Soft pillows , comfortable beds, and clean sheets . Excellent location, a lot of restaurants and coffeehouses near the apartment, and a few steps to the Metro station. I will definitely come back again!

Points négatifs : Everything was perfect 👍😊

Points positifs : El piso es realmente como se muestra en las fotos. Éramos 7 adultos y un bebé y estuvimos muy cómodos

Points négatifs : No m gustó nada la zona. Muchas prostitución en la calle.

Vacaciones en flia y amigos

Points positifs : El diseño la decoración ,las camas muy cómodas.internet funcionaba muy bien.Lo recomiendo,el baño de abajo ,genial ,el de arriba, el duchador lo tenías que agarrar,no se sostenía por si solo.

Points négatifs : Las escaleras ,que había que subir.Pero es normal en los edificios antiguos ,no recomiendo para gente de edad avanzada,eso sí son detalles nada mas éramos 7,y no tenía vajilla para todos,y la ducha del baño de arriba si funcionaba,pero el brazo estaba roto,y lo tenías que sostener,el lavarropas no funcionaba.Igual son detalles ,pero en general si lo recomiendo, me encantó.

Ótima localização e estadia.

Points positifs : Ótima localização, perto de padarias, estação de trem, supermercados e restaurantes. Apartamento completo, todos os quartos com aquecedor e/ou refrigeração. Cozinha com todos os itens necessários pra uma estadia. Banheiros ótimos e com água quente funcionando bem. Ah, o apartamento é no quarto andar, então cansa um pouco a subida, mas tudo bem.

Points négatifs : Acredito que seja algo pessoal, mas podia ter local para pendurar roupas/casacos. Senti falta disso no quarto de cima (no de baixo da pra pendurar no cabide na escada).

Estancia perfecta y confortable.

Points positifs : La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de líneas de metro y supermercados. Fácil de llegar con las instrucciones del anfitrión La limpieza era correcta y la temperatura buena.

Points négatifs : El baño de abajo huele a tuberias, alguna junta no debe de estar bien sellada y sale el olor. El apartamento era para 7 personas y solo había juego de tazas y vasos para 4. Al final nos apañamos para desayunar en 2 rondas. También eche de menos un cepillo y un recogedor para poder barrer lo que se caía al suelo.

Points négatifs : Квартира расположена на 4 этаже, по факту на 5, в это время я повредила ногу и приходилось на костылях каждый день ходить по ступенькам :( но это не испортило мое впечатление о Париже ❤️

Points positifs : Lokalizacja tego apartamentu jest jego największym atutem. Apartament jest dwupoziomowy i na każdym poziomie jest łazienka z toaletą, to jest bardzo istotna rzecz, a nie wynika to z opisu. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, także rozkładana sofa w salonie jest bardzo wygodna. Pachnąca pościel. Blisko dwóch stacji metra , do Luwru można dojść pieszo, naprawdę jest niedaleko

Points négatifs : Wiele osób już pisało , że lokal nie grzeszy czystością i nadal tak jest. Posprzątany jest wyłącznie pobieżnie, a już na przykład drzwi do łazienki były straszliwie brudne. Znajomi zacięli się w pokoju na górze , bo był jakiś problem z zamkiem. Niestety nie ma zmywarki. No i lokal jest na czwartym piętrze bez windy

Comfy beds, but not clean apartment

Points positifs : Nice apartment, smaller than on the pictures. I like the private bedroom on the second floor, but if you are taller than 5 feet it’s not for you. Apartment needs a good cleaning. For the whole stay in Paris there was a weird wet smell in the bathroom ( or maybe a rat died inside the wall). Kitchen only had 1 coffee cup for 6 people, but office quickly brought us set of new cup along with new tea pot, since old one was rusty. Door covering washing machine was broken. After calling the office they fixed it quick. I don’t like to bother, but it’s weird to miss simple things in the apartment such as broom or a mop. There is a vacuum in the closet, but it doesn’t work. We have 3 kids and they keep dropping food on the floor and there is nothing to pick it up with ( besides napkins). Apartment is located on the 5th floor of walk up building!! Apartment door is hard to open. Over all nice apartment, but whoever owns it needs to stay there for a day and be able to see what’s missing.

Tolle Lage mitten in Paris

Points positifs : Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig! Mitten in Paris und trotzdem extrem ruhig. 2 Badezimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer, alles bestens!

Points négatifs : Die Ausstattung in der Küche hätte ein bißchen mehr sein können...- Kaffeetassen wären schön gewesen.
