Lovely place in the heart of Paris, quite and safe solution to enjoy the city.

Points positifs : excellent position in a lovely street, close to metro, bike hub and most important places in Paris very small apartment, even if bathroom and furniture are quite old, everything is fine and clean

Points négatifs : for the bed I'd prefer a duvet with cover instead of wool blanket

Points positifs : Location was excellent being right in the centre of Paris and only a couple of minutes walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral. Notwithstanding its central location, it was a quiet location too. Facilites suited our short trip.

Points négatifs : It would have been better if in the shower room, there had been a proper shower tray to avoid water spreading all over the floor. It would have been nice if there had been a couple of comfortable lounge chairs but we do appreciate that there is probably insufficient room to accomodate this.

Cosy and accessible in a prime location

Points positifs : The location was absolutely amazing!!! Just across the street from Notre Dame and with 2 subway stations within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and shops downstairs. The host was 12 out of 10, very helpful and friendly. We received a short history before our arrival and really early check-in, which was needed and very much appreciated.

Points négatifs : It's a bit tiny. The furniture could use an update, and I would add new white linens and towels plus a new mattress since they were all a little dated. It was a bit expensive, in my opinion. We paid 460 € for 2 nights in June.

Nice and clean apartment made my stay more enjoyable

Points positifs : This is a tiny apartment perfect for travelling alone or as a couple. The place is next to Notre Dame and you are 5 mins from a metro station, and 30 mins walking distance from everything you would like to visit, not only landmark sites. The apartment is clean, not noisy at all, it has everything one might need during the stay. It seems renovated (except for the bathroom) and even has coffee/tea and stuff for basic needs. The bathroom is alright, the only ‘but’ is that the hot water ran out quite quickly. The host is supernice and tries to meet your special needs such as arriving earlier or leaving later. The building has an elevator as well and the keys are given to you by the manager of a cinema situated below the apartment. It is highly recommended!

Points positifs : excellent location close to Notre Dame, quite affordable for Paris equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay

Points négatifs : oven which didn't want to cooperate sheets and blankets need replacing

Excellent small apartment in an extremely wonderful and convenient spot on the left bank, very close to Notre Dame

Points négatifs : Everything was great. It was small, but did not feel cramped. It was very well appointed.

At Home in the Latin Quarter

Points positifs : The apartment is located on an adorable small street in the heart of the Latin Quarter. It has been renovated beautifully with a modern kitchen, but retains the vintage beauty of the building itself. It has a wonderful beamed ceiling and 4 large windows that open from floor to ceiling. I just wish I could have the kitchen in my own home. There's also a cinema downstairs and tons of restaurants within a short walk. The Metro is a short, 5 minute walk away. At the corner, you can see Notre Dame.

Points négatifs : It was a little complicated to access the apartment. There's a tiny elevator or a spiral staircase to access the upper floors. There was also a lot of buttons and fobs for access. I think the setup would be a lot more intuitive to a European than an America. It took me a bit to learn it all. They were very patient with me. Once I figured it out, it was no big deal.
