Wonderful stay in Paris

Points positifs : The location is great, the flat was clean and well-equipped, and the host was very friendly and helpful. It's in a lively area with lots of restaurants, but with the windows closed you can't hear much street noise at all. Very comfortable.

Points négatifs : The bed is a bit hard, but that's also a matter of personal taste. Had a bit of trouble entering the building, but host could be reached for help and eventually got in without too much hassle.

Very convenient location and the host was extremely helpful

Points positifs : Fantastic Location 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and the train station that made it easy to travel by train from CDG Airport. Close to restaurants and shopping. The host allowed us a late checkout for a nominal sum as we had a late flight.

Points négatifs : Climbing up 4 floors by steep stairs, the floor mounted air conditioners were ineffective

Points positifs : Appartamento in ottima posizione, a pochi passi da Notre Dame. L'host molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fornito molte indicazioni utili e interessanti per il soggiorno a Parigi (indicazioni precise su pasticcerie, ristoranti, locker, ecc...). Appartamento pulito.

Perfect spot, great host, unbeatable location

Points positifs : Jean was incredibly helpful. He recommended great spots around the apartment and shared useful tips for exploring Paris, which we really appreciated. We arrived with very little planning, so his advice made a big difference. The apartment had everything we needed—it was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. What surprised me most was the location. It’s extremely central—just a few minutes’ walk to Notre-Dame, a gare, and several metro lines. On a slightly embarrassing note, I accidentally left quite a bit of cash behind, and Jean kindly found it and sent it back to me. I'm very grateful for his help. Long story short: I highly recommend this place.

Points positifs : Excellent location! Two minutes from Notre Dame, 5 minutes from the airport train stop. The apartment is small, but clean and we'll equipped. The bathroom is new and the beds, including the sofa bed, comfortable. It's right in the buzzing Latin Quarter, but the flat was quiet.

Points négatifs : It's a 4th floor without an elevator - be prepared!

Points positifs : The location is perfect. You can see Notre Dame when you stand in front of the building. This is a one bedroom apartment. The rooms are clean, and have everything, refrig, laundry, ect.

Points négatifs : This is the fourth floor and there is no elevator. So consider it when you choose it. But there is nothing the owner can change.

We had a great stay at Jean’s apartment.

Points positifs : The location is perfect, the apartment is very cozy and comfortable and has everything one needs, the host is super helpful and nice, we had a great time and definitely recommend Jean’s place to everyone. I would happily stay there again.
