Studio et emplacement au top !

Points positifs : Propriétaire très sympathiques. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La position géographique est top pour une visite du centre de Paris. Métro Chemin Vert situé au pied de l'immeuble ou presque. Le studio n'est pas très grand mais il est charmant, bien équipé et propre. Si nous revenons faire un séjour sur Paris, nous reprendrons ce logement plutôt qu'un hotel.

Points positifs : Tout était exceptionnel. Très joli appartement et les propriétaires très disponibles. Il fait chaud dans l’appartement et j’ai adoré ça. Merci!

Very comfortable and cozy place in a nice area of Paris

Points positifs : Very good location close to the centre and the subway, very easy communication with the host and smooth handing in of the keys. Comfortable studio, perfect for a few days in Paris, all necessary amenities. Very good value for money with respect to a hotel, offering a better comfort and more flexibility.

Points négatifs : This is typical to any Paris building so not to this particular one: we hear all noises in the stairs if one has a light sleep it is a bit annoying. Bathroom a bit minimalistic with a sink a bit narrow and impractical. All these are minor though.

Points positifs : A very nice accomomodation in a lively and lovely neighbourhood

Points positifs : The place is on a quite zone nearby shops, the metro station it's just in front. The room was warm and had all the necessary for a quick trip.

Points positifs : Die Lage ist top. Direkt vor dem Appartement liegt eine Metrostation, mit der man ohne Umsteigen direkt zum Eiffelturm fahren kann. Auch die wunderschönen Gassen von Le Marais sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben von hier aus gut die ganze Stadt zu Fuß erkunden können. Das Zimmer selbst war zwar klein und schlicht eingerichtet, aber für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend. Es befindet sich in einem schönen Haus direkt an einer großen Straße mit vielen Bistros und Geschäften. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Der Eigentümer war auch sehr freundlich.

Points négatifs : Da mein Partner knapp 2 Meter groß ist, war das Bett ein wenig zu kurz für ihn.

Points positifs : Ottima posizione strategica per potersi muovere sia a piedi che con i mezzi (metro sotto casa e bus idem). In 10 minuti sei nei Marais, ma comunque rimane un punto ben collegato per le metro e per muoversi. Indicativamente in 40 minuti massimo eravamo ovunque e atterrando ad Orly ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è piccolino, ma per due persone che devono solo dormire, riposare e lavarsi è perfetto. La portinaia e il proprietario sono super disponibili, anche a tenere lo zaino dopo il check out per poter fare un ultimo giro a Parigi. Lo consiglio fortemente per chiunque voglia un punto d'appoggio comodo con un'ottima qualità prezzo. A pochi minuti a piedi c'è Bambino, un bellissimo hi-fi bar con musica in vinile e un'ambiente spettacolare.
