Magnifique!
Points positifs : L'appartement est idéalement placé dans Paris. Bien décoré et aménagé avec goût dans ce qui ressemble à une ancienne boutique avec des pierres apparentes qui font voyager dans le temps.
Points négatifs : Malheureusement, l'architecture de la cave avec des conduits d'aération qui mènent dans la rue peuvent apporter quelques inconforts à cause des bruits extérieurs. Il y a pire que ça dans la vie... Un grille-pain dans la cuisine serait la seule chose qui nous a manqué dans le séjour.

très bon séjour, je recommande l'appartement
Points positifs : l'emplacement proche du métro dans un quartier calme, la déco de l'appart, les contacts avec l'hôte, le confort de la literie
Points négatifs : petit couac pour ouvrir la boite à clés. Le code ne marchait pas. Très bonne réactivité de l'hôte mais heureusement que ce n'était pas 2h du matin

Dans l'ensemble bonne expérience
Points positifs : Logement très propre, bien équipé, très bien placé . Le propriétaire est arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée. Il y a des dosettes de café et le nécessaire de toilette, shampoing,savon... ce sont des petits plus apprécies. Supermarchés très proches et de nombreux bons restos
Points négatifs : Petit bémol concernant le bruit, le logement étant en sous sol et à proximité de la station \

Great stay near the Marais.
Points positifs : The location was great with lots of atmosphere and plenty of places to eat and drink. There was a well stocked supermarket close by where we could also leave our bags (book through Nannybag.com). The apartment was quirky but spacious, the beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our short stay, and It was lovely to have a coffee pod machine. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the check in instructions were very clear. We had a great time. Thank you Leo.
Points négatifs : Being a basement apartment we found it rather airless and stuffy, but when we contacted Leo about this he immediately arranged for extra fans to be delivered. This made all the difference. What a host!

Excellent, unique apartment in an excellent location
Points positifs : Leo’s apartment was a treat. It is located in an excellent area, safe and quiet but there are great bars and restaurants around the corner. Public transport a block away. The apartment is so unusual but in a good way. We were a family with 3 teens who loved the uniqueness of the place. The younger generation enjoyed the projector and full-wall screen. We didn’t use the sauna or gym but they are there. Leo was a great host, responding very quickly to our messages, and really trying to accommodate our requests. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we visit Paris.
Points négatifs : The only drawback is the staircase to the basement rooms which is spiral and narrow so getting luggage down was slightly challenging.

A fabulous visit to Paris with my youngest son.
Points positifs : Was close to metro and excellent supermarket. Unique property within walking distance of Place des Vosges and Marais area.
Points négatifs : Stairs down to basement rather wobbly.

Points positifs : Beautiful apartment, spacious what is rare for Paris. Great design and good solutions in place.
Points négatifs : The only minus are the stairs, however we are aware that it might be difficult to find alternative there, the owner made everything to made them safe for kids, which is a huge plus!

Points positifs : Appartamento in zona centrale, comodissimo alla metro e vicinissimo al Marais, quartiere meraviglioso. L'appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, addirittura sauna, palestra e un proiettore per serate cinema (che i miei figli hanno adorato) Ottima anche la comunicazione con il proprietario, risponde in pochissimi minuti. Noi abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il codice di sblocco per ritirare le chiavi al nostro arrivo e nel giro di due minuti ha risposto e risolto. Veramente top!! Torneremo sicuramente quando programmeremo un altro viaggetto a Parigi!

Great location with easy access to metro and plenty of space.
Points positifs : Location is great. Lots of space. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive.
Points négatifs : We received the wrong lock box code but Leo was very responsive when we reached out. We were there for 9 days but only were very little toilet paper or things like coffee or dishwasher pods.
