Points positifs : Appartement très agréable, impeccable , confortable et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé à 2 pas du métro et toutes les commodités sont a deux pas. Jean BAPTISTE est charmant et accueillant. Je recommande cet appartement

Parfait nous n'aurions pu souhaiter mieux.

Points positifs : L'emplacement était à quelque pas du métro Père Lachaise, ligne 2 et 3 facilement accessible, le logement était impeccable, fraichement rénové et doté de tous les accessoires nécessaire, lave vaisselle, laveuse à linge, réfrigérateur incluant des boissons froides, du café à volonté. Tous ce dont nous avons besoin quotidiennement.

Points négatifs : Salle de bain muni d'un bain et d'une douche moderne , propre et fonctionnel, un petit salon douillet et confortable avec la télévision....

Points positifs : The apartment was amazing, spotless, comfortable and full of charm. It was fully equipped with a good size kitchen including an oven, gas stovetop a microwave and full sized fridge. A good size bathroom with a washing machine and a seperate lounge room that was perfect for relaxing in after a long day out. The location was great, situated in the 11th arrondissement, and only a 2 minute walk to the Pere Lachaise metro station. Jean-Baptise was kind and hospitable staying in touch during our stay to check if we needed anything. Thank you Jean Baptise, would love to come back and stay again.

We liked this apartment so much that we could have moved in permanently!

Points positifs : Jean-Baptiste was a thoughtful, generous and helpful host and it was a pleasure to stay in his very lovely apartment. The beds were comfortable, wifi and shower both very good. The bedrooms were dark and quiet, so we slept well. We liked the location as there were many bakeries and restaurants nearby and easy access to tourist sites via the metro and local buses. Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment for our short stay in Paris with everything we needed

Points positifs : The apartment was lovely and very well appointed. It was quiet and cosy with extremely comfortable beds. The treats left for us to enjoy were an unexpected extra and much appreciated. The host made us feel very welcome. Handy to the Metro.

Points positifs : A beautiful apartment equipped with everything you can think of. You have the impression that you are in your home. Clean, bright, comfortable beds…. It’s located near the metro station so you can reach any part of Paris very quickly. In the vicinity of the apartment there is a large section of restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Juan Baptist is a really attentive host and i wish him to have as many guests as possible.

Ideal location - right next to the subway, bakery, shop and traditional restaurants and bars on the street. The owner is very pleasant and helpful in everything.
