Points positifs : La qualité de l'accueil est exceptionnel. Nous avons eu toutes les explications nécessaires jusqu'aux conseils pertinents pour visiter Paris. L'appartement est à deux minutes du métro. Il faut également noter son confort. Le propriétaire a mis à notre disposition les boissons et autres denrées pour le petit-déjeuner. Je m'arrêterai là car tout était parfait

Points positifs : L’originalité du logement , la chambre au calme donnant sur une cour verdoyante . La petite cuisine et la générosité du propriétaire qui est venu nous saluer , échanger , faire connaissance . Et les nombreuses victuailles .

Points positifs : This is a small flat but it has an airy feel to it with large picture windows overlooking a leafy. garden. The bed settee is very large, simple to operate and has a very comfortable mattress. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with everything needed for 2 people. It is part of an old building with lots of character. The host lives next door so he is on hand if needed.

A quiet place, everything is nearby, and no tourists around

Points positifs : It’s quiet, and you can make the room completely dark thanks to the shutters. Great location — you can enjoy the peaceful, local side of Paris without tourists, but still be close to everything. Plus, shops in the area are more affordable.

Points négatifs : The bedding was a bit unusual – the sheet was purple, while the pillows and blankets were blue. There was just one blanket at first, but the host kindly brought a second one when we asked. The showerhead was a little odd and leaked slightly, and it was a bit tricky to adjust the warm water. Hot water comes from a boiler. The apartment looked just like the photos – by the second day, we had settled in and felt comfortable.

Points positifs : De rust en ruimte van het appartement. De wijk is levendig en plezierig maar binnen was het rustig. Metro's , winkels, restaurants zijn op loopafstand. En uitzicht op een tuin. Merci Michiel pour l' appartement.

Points négatifs : Kleine dingen, zoals geen zeepje in de badkamer. Daarentegen alles voor de keuken aanwezig.
