Une belle prestation

Points positifs : La décoration du logement. L’attention avec la possibilité de faire un café à notre arrivée. Literie confortable. Suffisamment spacieux.

Points négatifs : Pas de possibilité de joindre par téléphone la personne qui doit vous accueillir (?répondeur saturé ??). Pas de réponse au mail à mon arrivée. Fort heureusement j’ai eu l’aide d’un voisin qui m’a orienté. Au final la personne est arrivée et est restée aimable. Mais j’ai du attendre. Pas de connexion pour la TV. La lunette des toilette cassée. Le sèche cheveux non fixé rendant son utilisation difficile. La bouilloire qui fuit.

Points positifs : Super emplacement à deux pas du métro, logement situé dans une cour, on n entend pas les bruits de la rue.

Points positifs : Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour Paris. Le moins cher que j’ai trouvé en réservant 2 mois avant. Et hôte très gentil !

Points négatifs : L’odeur d’égout…

Really nice location

Points positifs : Close to the metro station, near restaurants and supermarket. Enough space to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Quiet enough to sleep. Really warm in the apartment. The lady who handed the keys was really great and pleasant.

Points négatifs : The door to the bathroom wasn’t closing really well but we manage it.

Definitely recommend it for people who are looking for a cosy apartment in the city centre on the ground floor

Points positifs : Modern, clean apartment of 40m2 at a great location and friendly host! It was perfect for our family of 4, we did not mind the smaller apartment size in return for a great location, since we spent most of our time in the city centre. Despite the central location, at night it was quiet so we could always have a good sleep. For some people it might be important to know that our apartment was on the ground floor, with one doorstep of about 10 cm, and inside the apartment there was one small step between the kitchen and the rest of the apartment of 5 cm which did not bother us at all.

Points négatifs : Some smaller things we could not find at home, for example a sponge to wash the dishes, more rubbish bin bags, and the wifi could have been faster, as well.

Points positifs : Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο με όλες τις παροχές και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενος! Σίγουρα θα επανέλθουμε!

Points positifs : Era una struttura molto comoda per la posizione Essendo in centro avevano una metropolitana molto vicina a noi ma posizione strategica anche per raggiungere altri punti a piedi

Points négatifs : Che non fosse proprio pulito al 100 per cento Qualche capello per terra con un pavimento non perfettamente pulito

Soggiorno ottimo. L'host sempre disponibile e accogliente. Ottima posizione. Mezzi sempre a disposizione vicinissimo

Points positifs : Tutto molto accogliente, confortevole. Trovi tutto quello che ti serve.

Points positifs : Lokalizacja świetną w wiele miejsc mizna pójść pieszo.

Points négatifs : Generalnie wszystko było super jak na pobyt 5 dniowy z dwójką dzieci.

Sencillamente excepcional volvería a hospedarme allí las veces que esté en paris

Points positifs : Está muy bien ubicado, es perfecto pues tiene todo lo que necesitas y te sientes como en casa

Points négatifs : Todo estuvo perfecto para mi
