Points positifs : emplacement excellent pour nous qui connaissons le quartier

Points négatifs : un peu bruyant quand quelqu'un rentre dans le hall de l'immeuble un porte manteau à côté de la porte d'entrée serait utile car il n'y pas de penderie ,en hiver cela manque il faut tenir le grill pain pour qu'il fonctionne

Points positifs : il était fonctionnel, belle cuisine, bonne salle de bain, appartement assez grand malgré qu’il était que peu lumineux, literie très confortables, sacré plus : le ventilateur

Points négatifs : au pied d’un parc rempli de rats, mur très fin donc on entendait constamment tout (poubelle dehors, les portes se claquer de l’immeuble), peut être songer à mettre des torchons, serviettes pour les mains lorsque le séjour est long ainsi que plusieurs gel douche et serviette (on est venu 5jours en avion on peut rien prendre encore moins des gels douche), et mettre des verres également car boire dans des tasses pas top.. et nettoyer plus le tapis il était rempli de bourres de cheveux ..

Points positifs : Très cosy, hygiène irréprochable, localisation idéale et proche de toutes commodités.

Points positifs : Le lit étais vraiment très confortable et spacieux. La douche est bien, elle est assez grande pour deux personnes. Il y avait assez d'équipements divers (cafetières, casserole, frigo...). Il y a également énormément de rangements. On nous a mit des serviettes et des petits échantillons de savon merci pour cette petite attention. J'ai adorée le petit parc en face. Je conseille vraiment ce logement.

Points positifs : Nice and clean property, comfortable bed, heats up quickly if needed. Wine glasses available. Great location, many coffee shops around, right next to a park.

Points négatifs : Very loud. As it’s on the ground floor, you hear people talking on the street even with the window closed. Also when anybody enters the building you hear the door lock. The bathroom sink was very very small.

Comfortable stay in a very stylish apartment!

Points positifs : - Stylish, tastefully decorated, clean apartment. - Lovely neighbourhood right next to a park and some great independent wine bars and restaurants. - Quiet at night, with a very comfy bed. - Ground floor, so we didn’t have to face any stairs with luggage, or after a long day exploring!

Points négatifs : - We felt that a couple of additions to the apartment would make it even more comfortable / functional. These would be: - A rail with coat hangers, as there was nowhere to hang clothes. - A full length mirror. - Full sized towels, as the towels were all hand towel sized. - Replenished liquids, as the hand soap and washing up liquid were empty. A shower jel would also have been a nice addition. - A fan, as you cannot open the windows and the heating was on when we arrived so the apartment was very hot and difficult to cool down on the first night.

Points positifs : Love everything about this place. Fully equipped kitchen, nice design, perfect location. Super fast wifi. Definitely would stay once again.

Points positifs : The apartment is really great! Very specious, clean with fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook etc. Wifi is extremely fast which is great if you travel fr work. It's ground floor and It can be a bit loud, as it faces the square, but the location is full with greta lunch / dinner places. Definitely coming back, worth 100% the price I paid.
