nous recommandons cet appartement qui est parfait pour un séjour sur Paris
Points positifs : superbe appartement le + est la jolie terrasse. le secteur est calme pour un quartier parisien, le logement correspond aux photos, très lumineux. il manquait les petits + comme quelques capsules de café malgré un machine dans la cuisine. L'appartement est très confortable, les lits sont parfaits pour passer une nuit paisible.
Points négatifs : nous n'avons pas réussi a allumer la TV, impossible de changer la chaine. Ceci n'a rien changé a ce superbe séjour

Cozy and chill stay
Points positifs : The location is perfect. It is chill but at the same time you have some good spots where to hang out. It is small but it owns everything you need (I only suggest to put more hangers around the apartment).
Points négatifs : From bathroom sometimes we could smell the smell of sewers.

Points positifs : We loved the view, the location and the apartment is super cute and clean!
Points négatifs : We arrived during a heatwave and there is no AC so it was very hot. We had asked weeks before our arrival for some fans and we were told they would be placed inside the apartment but they were not. Our first night was unbearable. So much that my husband ended up trying to sleep on the floor! We did receive the fans the next morning which helped tremendously. If the temp had been reasonable, the apartment would have been great!

Points positifs : The apartment was tiny, but very neat and tidy. It smelled clean. It has all amenities you need.

Points positifs : The location was perfect, in nice and friendly neighbourhood, supermarkets and small parks in the near. The apartment was clean and well organised, the kitchen well-equipped. The building has the cutest tiny elevator fit for one person. :)
Points négatifs : A few hangers would be a nice add-on. :)

Хороші апартаменти для пари
Points positifs : Зручне місцерозташування: метро, автобусні зупинки були поряд, до площі Бастиліі йти пішки хвилин 25, до Лувру йти десь хвилин 40. До Монпарнасу ходили пішки, до Монмарту проїхали частину дороги на метро. Поряд дуже смачні заклади з круасанами та випічкою, два супермаркети Lidl в 10 хвилинах пішки. Є кухня, можна щось приготувати, але візьміть ніж з собою. Хороша ванна кімната з душем, були одноразові саше з гелем для душу. Рекомендую їх для пари.
Points négatifs : Враховуйте що апартаменти невеликі, тож якщо вас більше двох ( є розкладний диван ), то буде мало місця, але якщо ціль тільки ночувати і гуляти містом весь день, то за свою ціну, це ідеальне місце. Не працював WiFi, довелось користуватись мобільним інтернетом. І на кухні не вистачає ножів, є тільки сервірувальні, тож важко було щось нарізати, коли готували їжу.

Points positifs : Posto molto pulito in una zona tranquilla, non lontano dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici.
Points négatifs : Sarebbe stato molto carino trovare qualche cialda per il caffè visto che c'era la macchinetta.Non mi spiego la presenza delle grucce senza un posto dove appenderle, gli armadietti sono solo con i ripiani.

Points positifs : Super lokalita,kousek od metra,malinký byt,ale naprosto dostačující.Byt byl čistý.Vstupní kód jsme dostali v přesném čase a vše byla naprosto pochopitelné.
Points négatifs : Neodtíká umyvadlo v koupelně a nefunguje fén.

In centro!
Points positifs : L'appartamento è in centro ed ovviamente ben servito (è tra due stazioni della metro, st ambroise e rue st maur). Inoltre l'ho trovato pulito, con il bagno spazioso e la doccia rilassante.
Points négatifs : L'appartamento è troppo piccolo, si avverte una certa claustrofobia nel soggiorno dove c'è il divano letto che, una volta aperto, blocca del tutto la mobilità.
