Tres bon rapport Qualité/ Prix
Points positifs : Bien mieux et bien plus économique qu’un hôtel ! Un appartement idéalement situé, équipé de tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Alliant proximité avec les principales attractions et animations tout en offrant le calme, grâce à son emplacement sur cour. Le véritable atout : un ascenseur, une rareté dans le centre de Paris. Lit également très confortable. Sans hésiter, je reviendrai ici pour mon prochain séjour !

Terrific location, quiet apartment and great communications
Points positifs : Terrific location, and while the building entrance is on a busy street, the apartment itself faces a courtyard, so it's very quiet. Dozens of restaurants just out the door, as well as a Ve'lib bike share station. Metro station is just a couple blocks away. The communications were perfect and appreciated.
Points négatifs : My only suggestion would be to get a soap dispenser for the shower. That big bottle was a little unwieldy to use.

Apartment lived up to its name
Points positifs : We thoroughly enjoyed a three night stay. It was cosy, comfortable, quirky, in an amazing location for our taste, quiet at night and suitable for two. Although there was sofa bed in the living room, 4 would have been a crowd.
Points négatifs : Due to geometry of the building, the bathroom sink and mirror, although brilliantly fitted into the apex of a triangle, were, we thought, too small

Paris 9 day Holiday
Points positifs : It is an ideal apartment, it was very clean, it has all the appliance you need for your stay. The apartment is situated in a great central location, we basically could access all of the major sightseeing locations.

Very good location, nice apartment, many restaurants around.
Points positifs : It’s small but you have everything that you need. It has elevator. Very good location.
Points négatifs : The neighbourhood is rather noisy as windows face internal yard and you could pretty much hear what your neighbors are doing. But, on the other hand - you should be expecting that in the very center of Paris.

Excellent stay
Points positifs : The location was great in a very safe and lively neighbourhood with a lot of great cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The apartment has an elevator and is very comfy for two people. I would certainly choose it again for my stay in Paris.
Points négatifs : A couple of teeny tiny details that were mentioned to the hosts and I´m sure that they’ll be taken care of.
